印度航太與國防龍頭企業 Adani Defence & Aerospace 與巴西航太製造商 Embraer 宣布，雙方已就於印度設立 E175 區域噴射客機最終總裝線（Final Assembly Line, FAL）交換強化版合作備忘錄（MoU），以支持印度「區域運輸機計畫」（Regional Transport Aircraft, RTA）。

Adani Defence & Aerospace and Embraer have exchanged an enhanced Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish a Final Assembly Line (FAL) for the E175 regional jet in India under the country’s Regional Transport Aircraft (RTA) program.

本次備忘錄於新德里簽署，由 Embraer 總裁暨執行長 Francisco Gomes Neto 與 Adani Defence & Aerospace 董事 Jeet Adani 代表雙方交換，並在巴西總統 Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva 及印度商工部長 Piyush Goyal 見證下完成，象徵印巴兩國航太合作邁入新階段。

The MoU was exchanged in New Delhi between Francisco Gomes Neto, President and CEO of Embraer, and Jeet Adani, Director of Adani Defence & Aerospace, in the presence of Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva and India’s Minister of Commerce & Industry, Piyush Goyal.

此次強化版備忘錄是在 2026 年 1 月初版 MoU 基礎上進一步深化，目標為建立完整的印度 RTA 產業生態系，涵蓋飛機製造、供應鏈、售後服務與飛行員訓練等多個面向，同時積極爭取訂單以支撐未來總裝線運作。

This enhanced MoU builds on the initial agreement signed in January 2026 and forms part of a broader roadmap to develop an integrated RTA ecosystem in India, including aircraft manufacturing, supply chain, aftermarket services, pilot training, and order acquisition to support the proposed FAL.

Adani Defence & Aerospace 董事 Jeet Adani 表示，區域航空是印度經濟成長的基礎動能。

「隨著 UDAN 計畫持續推動二、三級城市航空連結，建立本土區域航空製造生態系已成為關鍵需求。這項合作也將進一步強化印度與巴西之間的戰略關係。」

“Regional aviation is the backbone of economic expansion. With initiatives like UDAN transforming connectivity across Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities, the need for an indigenous regional aviation ecosystem has become critical,” said Jeet Adani.

Adani Defence & Aerospace 總裁暨執行長 Ashish Rajvanshi 進一步指出，此合作象徵印度在「Aatmanirbhar（自力更生）」航空願景下的重要里程碑，將帶動高技能就業並提升印度在全球航太產業鏈中的地位。

“We are shaping India’s regional transport aircraft ecosystem, a bold stride toward Aatmanirbhar aviation that bridges urban-rural divides, generates high-skill employment, and elevates India’s position in the global aerospace industry,” said Ashish Rajvanshi.

Embraer 總裁 Francisco Gomes Neto 表示，E175 已在全球區域航空市場建立成熟營運基礎，而印度正是該級距成長最具潛力的市場之一。

“The E175 has a global track record of enabling efficient, high-frequency regional operations and India is a key growth market in that segment,” said Francisco Gomes Neto.

根據市場預測，未來 20 年印度在 80 至 146 座級市場將需要至少 500 架飛機，顯示區域與短程航線對高效率小型噴射客機的強勁需求。

India, one of the world’s fastest growing aviation markets, is expected to require at least 500 aircraft in the 80-to-146 seat segment over the next 20 years.

E175 為可搭載最多 88 名乘客的成熟區域噴射客機，特別適合開發印度二、三級城市尚未充分開發的「藍海市場」。相較大型機型，E175 能以更低營運成本開闢新航線、提升班次密度並加速區域航空擴張，與印度 UDAN 政策方向高度契合。

The E175, seating up to 88 passengers, is uniquely suited to unlock India’s “blue ocean” opportunities across underserved Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities, enabling new routes and improved connectivity aligned with the government’s UDAN initiative.
