美國航太巨擘Boeing宣布,ViaSat-3 F3(VS-3 F3)通訊衛星已於佛羅里達州Kennedy Space Center,搭乘SpaceX Falcon Heavy火箭順利升空,並成功進入初始軌道,後續將提供亞太地區高容量寬頻通訊服務。

Boeing announced that the ViaSat-3 F3 (VS-3 F3) satellite was successfully launched aboard a SpaceX Falcon Heavy rocket from Kennedy Space Center in Florida, entering initial orbit to support high-capacity broadband services across the Asia-Pacific region.


衛星狀態正常 進入軌道部署階段

波音任務控制團隊確認,VS-3 F3在發射後狀態良好,並於升空約5小時後完成與火箭分離,順利取得訊號並啟動初始化程序。

Boeing mission controllers confirmed the satellite is healthy following launch, successfully separating from the rocket approximately five hours later and initiating early on-orbit operations.


該衛星將逐步推進至距地表約2.2萬英里(約3.6萬公里)的地球同步軌道(GEO),展開後續部署與測試。

The spacecraft will continue its journey to geostationary orbit (GEO), approximately 22,000 miles (36,000 km) above Earth, for further deployment and testing.

Electric Propulsion Enhances Efficiency and Lifespan

後續部署階段,衛星將展開由波音子公司Spectrolab製造的太陽能板與散熱系統,並利用電力推進技術逐步提升軌道高度。

During deployment, the satellite will extend solar arrays produced by Spectrolab and utilize electric propulsion to raise its orbit efficiently.


相較傳統化學推進系統,電力推進可有效節省燃料,延長衛星壽命並提升整體任務效能。

Compared to chemical propulsion, electric propulsion improves fuel efficiency, extending the satellite’s operational life and overall mission performance.


完成測試後交付營運

Service Entry Following On-Orbit Testing

待完成在軌測試後,波音將把衛星交付Viasat營運,正式投入全球高容量通訊網路服務。

Following on-orbit testing, Boeing will hand over the satellite to Viasat for operational service within its global high-capacity network.
