LATAM航空集團（LATAM Airlines Group S.A.，NYSE: LTM；SSE: LTM）宣布與巴西航空工業公司（Embraer，NYSE: ERJ；B3: EMBR3）達成協議，將透過購買最多74架E195-E2小型窄體客機，進一步擴展南美洲航線網絡。此筆訂單包含24架確定交付及50架選擇權，確定交付將於2026年下半年開始，首先由LATAM巴西航空投入運營，未來也可能拓展至其他子公司。

新機隊將提升LATAM集團在區域市場的靈活性，預計最多可新增35個航點，進一步擴展現有160個目的地的航網。24架確定訂單的總價值約為21億美元（依照目錄價格）。

LATAM執行長Roberto Alvo表示：「過去四年，LATAM持續強化區域與國內航網，E195-E2的卓越效能與多用途性將助力我們在維持盈利增長的同時，開拓更多航點，為乘客提供更多選擇，也促進經濟與社會發展。」

Embraer總裁暨執行長Francisco Gomes Neto則指出：「LATAM的選擇證明E195-E2是最符合需求的機型，能以最佳效率與舒適度服務更多航點。這項合作將共同推動南美洲未來的航空連結。」

E195-E2搭載普惠GTF引擎，並採用先進氣動設計與全數位電傳操控，較前代機型每座燃油消耗降低約30%。機艙配置為2-2座椅排布，提升乘客舒適性。

目前LATAM集團的機隊總數達362架，包括283架空中巴士單走道機、56架波音廣體機、20架波音貨機，以及3架短期租賃的廣體客機。自2021年以來，LATAM的航點已由129個增加至160個，成長幅度達24%，顯示其在區域市場持續深化的策略。

LATAM Group Orders Embraer E195-E2 to Strengthen South American Connectivity

LATAM Airlines Group S.A. (NYSE: LTM; SSE: LTM) has announced an agreement with Embraer (NYSE: ERJ; B3: EMBR3) to acquire up to 74 Embraer E195-E2 aircraft, marking a major step in expanding its South American route network. The order includes 24 firm deliveries and 50 purchase options, with deliveries of the firm aircraft starting in the second half of 2026. LATAM Airlines Brazil will be the first to operate the new aircraft, followed by other LATAM affiliates.

The new fleet is expected to provide flexibility across LATAM’s hubs, potentially adding up to 35 new destinations to its current network of 160. The 24 firm aircraft are valued at approximately US$2.1 billion at list prices.

The E195-E2’s superior economics and versatility will allow us to continue growing profitably, opening new destinations and offering passengers more travel options while contributing to economic and social development.”

The E195-E2, powered by Pratt & Whitney GTF engines and equipped with advanced aerodynamics and fly-by-wire technology, consumes up to 30% less fuel per seat compared to previous-generation models. Its 2-2 cabin layout further enhances passenger comfort.

LATAM currently operates a fleet of 362 aircraft, including 283 Airbus narrowbodies, 56 Boeing widebodies, 20 Boeing freighters, and 3 short-term leased Airbus widebodies. Since 2021, LATAM’s passenger network has grown from 129 to 160 destinations, a 24% increase, highlighting the group’s consistent investment in regional expansion.
