美國國防與安全科技公司 Ondas Holdings Inc. 宣布，將於 Singapore Airshow 2026 正式發表其全新「Ondas Defense and Security」整合式防衛與安全產品組合，展期自 2026 年 2 月 3 日至 8 日，展位位於美國展區 C-V93。

Ondas Holdings Inc. today announced the formal launch of its comprehensive Ondas Defense and Security portfolio, to be unveiled at the Singapore Airshow 2026 from February 3 to 8, at Booth C-V93 in the U.S. Pavilion.

此一新產品組合以「系統中的系統（system-of-systems）」為核心概念，整合自主情報、監偵與偵察（ISR）、反無人機（Counter-UAS）、空中與地面無人載具，以及決策支援技術，透過模組化、軟體定義、可擴充的架構，建構一套完整的自主「偵測至擊殺（detect-to-defeat）」作戰體系。

The portfolio integrates autonomous ISR, counter-UAS capabilities, aerial and ground unmanned systems, and decision-support technologies into a modular, software-defined, and scalable system-of-systems.

Ondas 指出，該統一架構可在高度競爭與複雜環境中，提供持續性、適應性且具比例原則的防禦回應，適用於國土安全與軍事防衛任務，回應現代戰場與公共安全面臨的低空威脅快速演變趨勢。

Ondas’ unified approach enables battle-proven persistent, adaptive, and proportionate responses to evolving threats across diverse and contested environments, supporting both homeland security and defense operations.

在新加坡航展期間，Ondas 將重點展示其「統一指揮與控制層（Unified Command and Control Layer）」，該系統可將經實戰驗證的反無人機平台與無人地面系統整合至單一協調網路，由中央化的軟體決策邏輯進行控制。

At the Singapore Airshow, Ondas will showcase its unified command-and-control layer, connecting combat-proven counter-UAS and unmanned ground platforms into a single coordinated operational system.

該作戰層可即時提供精準態勢感知、封閉迴路的「偵測-決策-打擊」流程，以及高度自主化的反應能力，支援從關鍵基礎設施防護、軍事資產保全、邊境安全、機動中軍事行動，到公共安全任務等多元應用場景。

This operational layer delivers accurate real-time situational awareness, closed-loop detect-to-defeat workflows, and autonomous response capabilities across missions ranging from critical infrastructure protection and border security to mobile military operations and public safety.

Ondas 董事長暨執行長 Eric Brock 表示，整合式指管系統是因應低空威脅環境的關鍵能力。

「整合指揮與控制系統能為指揮官提供 360 度的戰場或城市環境視野。我們這套經實戰驗證的統一指管解決方案，展現 Ondas 作為頂尖國防科技公司的定位，能同時支援多任務並具高度擴展性。」

此次發表也與 Ondas 近期的資本與成長布局相互呼應。該公司於 2026 年 1 月完成一筆規模約 10 億美元的募資，若相關認股權證全數行使，潛在總募資金額可達 34 億美元，資金將用於企業發展、策略投資、併購與合資計畫。

The announcement aligns with Ondas’ broader strategic trajectory, following a major financing completed in January 2026, with gross proceeds of approximately US$1 billion and potential additional proceeds of up to US$3.4 billion to support strategic growth initiatives.
