【中文原文】

中華書道仙宗書道聖師劉騫，以中國正統小篆書體，親書《大學》經典名句：

「大學之道，在明明德，在親民，在止於至善。」

敬贈高金素梅委員。

此句出自儒家經典《禮記・大學》，意為修身、齊家、治國、平天下之本在於「明德」「親民」「止於至善」。

劉騫理事長以正統筆法，傳達君子之道與書道之理同源：

筆筆中正、行行有度，象徵道德與藝術合一之境。

【彰顯巾幗精神】

高金素梅委員為我中華民族當代傑出女性，身兼藝術家、政治家與文化守護者之職。

自影壇轉入政壇，她始終堅守良知，敢言敢行，為弱勢發聲、為原住民族群爭權益、為中華文化奔走不息。

她以巾幗之柔，行豪傑之志；

以慈悲之心，承義勇之道；

以清明之思，護民族之魂。

劉騫理事長特以此書贈之，寓意「止者，靜也；善者，德也」，

【English Translation】

Grandmaster Liu Chien, founder of the Chinese Calligraphy Immortal Sect, inscribed in classical Small Seal Script the sacred Confucian line from The Great Learning:

“The way of the Great Learning lies in manifesting luminous virtue,

bringing the people into harmony,

and resting in the utmost goodness.”

and presented it to Legislator Kao Chin Su-mei.

This verse expresses the essence of self-cultivation, moral integrity, and governance guided by virtue.

Grandmaster Liu’s refined calligraphy embodies balance, righteousness, and grace—

each stroke a reflection of the unity between art and moral cultivation.

Legislator Kao Chin Su-mei stands as one of the most remarkable women of the modern Chinese nation—

書法之筆在靜中求動、在動中見靜，正如君子修心於德，安身於道。

高委員之行誼，如水之清、如松之堅，柔中藏剛、靜中有光。

止於至善者，心靜而道明；修己利人者，德厚而福長。

English：

“Resting in the utmost goodness” represents the highest harmony of virtue and wisdom.

In calligraphy, movement arises from stillness and stillness gives life to motion—

just as a noble person cultivates inner calm to act with clarity.

Legislator Kao’s virtue resembles clear water and steadfast pine—gentle yet enduring, graceful yet firm.

This calligraphy stands not only as art but as a transmission of the Dao:

Those who rest in goodness find light in stillness;

those who perfect themselves bring blessings to all.
