在2025年巴黎航展期間，日本三菱重工業（Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, MHI）展現其在次世代防衛科技領域的積極佈局，針對F-X戰鬥機與多國合作計畫「全球空戰能力計畫」（Global Combat Air Programme, GCAP）揭露了多項最新進展。

At the 2025 Paris Air Show, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (MHI) of Japan presented major updates on its next-generation defense technologies, highlighting the development of its indigenous F-X fighter and its active role in the multinational Global Combat Air Programme (GCAP).

MHI表示，其主導開發的F-X戰鬥機目前正處於關鍵技術整合階段，重點包括隱形技術的進一步強化，以及人工智慧（AI）輔助系統的嵌入應用。

MHI stated that the development of the F-X fighter, led by Japan, has entered a crucial phase focused on integrating advanced stealth capabilities and AI-assisted systems.

這款新一代戰機預計將於2035年前後服役，取代現役的F-2機隊，成為日本航空自衛隊未來空優主力。

The next-generation jet is scheduled to enter service around 2035, replacing the current F-2 fleet and becoming the core of the Japan Air Self-Defense Force's future air dominance.

在與英國及義大利共同推進的GCAP合作架構中，三菱重工則負責負責數位模擬與虛擬測試平台的研發，這是加速原型設計的關鍵要素。

Under the trilateral GCAP framework with the UK and Italy, MHI is in charge of developing digital simulation and virtual testing platforms — key components in accelerating prototype design and validation.

三菱指出，這項合作不僅強化了日本航空產業的國際協同能力，也有助於未來軍工標準與模組化技術的互通性。

MHI emphasized that the collaboration boosts Japan’s integration into international defense industry standards and facilitates interoperability through modular design.

在民用領域方面，三菱重工也透露，正積極研究2030年後重返區域噴射機市場的可能性。

On the civil aviation front, MHI revealed that it is studying the feasibility of re-entering the regional jet market post-2030.

雖然SpaceJet計畫於先前終止，但公司並未放棄民航發展潛力，未來將評估重新設計平台或尋求海外合作。

Although the SpaceJet program was previously suspended, MHI has not abandoned the potential of civil aviation and is considering new designs or international partnerships.

在區域安全局勢變化與印太戰略重要性日增的背景下，三菱重工強調其作為亞太防衛樞紐的戰略定位，並對防衛裝備輸出展現更高意願。

Amid growing security concerns in the Indo-Pacific, MHI reaffirmed its strategic role as a defense pillar in the region and expressed increased ambition in defense exports and cooperation.

公司高層指出，未來將進一步投入無人系統、整合防空解決方案與盟邦合作項目，鞏固其在亞洲安全架構中的地位。

Executives noted that the company will continue investing in unmanned platforms, integrated defense solutions, and allied cooperation projects to solidify its position in the region’s security landscape.
