英日簽署國防產業合作備忘錄　深化防務供應鏈與技術合作

英國航太、國防、安全與太空產業協會（ADS）與日本航空宇宙工業會（SJAC）於2026年法恩堡國際航空展簽署合作備忘錄（MoU），進一步強化英日兩國國防產業合作，推動企業交流、技術研發及政府與產業間對話，擴大雙方防衛合作與國際商機。

ADS, the trade association representing the UK’s aerospace, defence, security and space sectors, and the Society of Japanese Aerospace Companies (SJAC) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to strengthen cooperation between the UK and Japanese defence industries.

法恩堡航展完成簽署　建立長期合作機制

合作備忘錄於2026年法恩堡國際航空展舉辦的「英日國防產業對話」（UK-Japan Defence Industry Dialogue）期間完成簽署。該活動由ADS、SJAC及英國國防安全委員會（UKDSC）共同主辦，並獲得英國與日本政府支持，建立雙方產業長期合作架構。

The MoU was signed during the UK-Japan Defence Industry Dialogue at the 2026 Farnborough International Airshow, establishing a framework for long-term cooperation between ADS and SJAC with support from both governments.

聚焦企業交流、技術研發與政府合作

根據合作內容，雙方將促進會員企業交流、分享國防裝備研發與生產經驗，並加強政府與產業之間的溝通合作，共同推動防衛能力發展，為兩國企業創造更多合作與市場拓展機會。

The agreement promotes networking between member companies, the sharing of best practices in defence research, development and production, and stronger government-to-industry engagement to support future business opportunities.

建立在英日戰略夥伴關係基礎上

此次合作也延續近年英日防務合作快速升溫的趨勢。在**2023年《互惠准入協定》（Reciprocal Access Agreement）與2024年《廣島協議》（Hiroshima Accord）**簽署後，雙方持續深化安全與國防合作，而此次MoU將進一步推動產業層面的合作與供應鏈整合。

The MoU builds on the strengthening defence relationship between the UK and Japan following the Reciprocal Access Agreement signed in 2023 and the Hiroshima Accord in 2024, further expanding industrial cooperation.

ADS：攜手拓展全球防務商機

ADS執行長Kevin Craven表示，英日兩國在航太、國防、安全及太空領域已建立深厚合作基礎，此次合作備忘錄象徵雙方夥伴關係邁入新階段，也再次展現ADS協助會員企業拓展出口市場及國際合作機會的承諾。

ADS Chief Executive Kevin Craven said the long-standing UK-Japan partnership across aerospace, defence, security and space has created strong foundations, and the new MoU marks another milestone in expanding export opportunities and international collaboration for both industries.
