無人機業務全面轉型！陸軍強化主導權佈局未來戰場！

隨著無人系統成為現代戰場的核心戰力之一，台灣陸軍組織架構也悄然進行重大調整。國防部最新修訂法規，正式將無人機與無人艇的業務整合至「戰備訓練處」，並重組人員編制，強化研發與作戰應用能量。

To keep pace with the rapid evolution of unmanned technologies, Taiwan’s Army Command Headquarters has formally reassigned all drone and unmanned surface vessel (USV) responsibilities to its Combat Readiness and Training Division. This move marks a pivotal shift toward operationalizing unmanned capabilities across all levels.

陸軍調整內部編制，無人系統納入作戰主軸

依據修正後的辦事細則，戰備訓練處將由原本的4組1中心，擴編為5組1中心，專責無人系統研發與應用。同時，通信電子資訊處將部分相關人力編入新組織，精簡為4組編制。

The restructured Combat Readiness division is now tasked with overseeing R&D, planning, supervision, and execution of all unmanned systems. These changes signal a clear strategic intent: drones and USVs are no longer peripheral—they’re integral to Taiwan’s defense doctrine.

教育訓練研發一條龍，無人機中心正式編成

今年陸軍教準部正式成立「無人機訓練中心」，負責各型無人機的教育、訓練、考核與研發任務，代表陸軍不只要會「用」無人機，更要具備獨立「培育」與「創新」的能力。

The newly inaugurated Army UAV Training Center will serve as the hub for drone education, certification, and innovation. By centralizing these capabilities, the Army aims to build a professional, self-sufficient unmanned force.

陸軍將成主力無人系統操作者

由於無人系統在陸地與近岸作戰的應用最為廣泛，未來陸軍將扮演整體國軍無人機與無人艇運用的主導軍種。從偵察監控、火力引導，到災防應變與後勤補給，應用場景不斷擴張。

Given their versatility on land and near-shore operations, the Army is expected to become the primary operator of Taiwan’s unmanned military assets. Whether for ISR (intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance), combat support, or logistics, drones are set to redefine battlefield dynamics.
