無人機「智」擊來襲！德國AI打擊型OWE-V實戰烏克蘭，成功抗干擾!

A drone that silently approaches, vertically lifts off, strikes, and exits swiftly—this isn’t a scene from a sci-fi film but the reality of Germany’s newly unveiled AI-powered strike drone, the OWE-V.

歐洲國防新創公司 STARK 於 4 月 14 日正式推出 OWE-V，也稱「單向效應器－垂直型」（One Way Effector–Vertical），這款具備自主目標鎖定與垂直起降（VTOL）能力的無人機，已在烏克蘭前線完成實戰測試，並成功抵抗複雜電磁干擾。

German defense startup STARK unveiled the OWE-V (One Way Effector–Vertical) on April 14. It’s an AI-guided, VTOL-capable strike drone that has already proven its mettle in Ukraine’s high-risk electromagnetic battlefield.

OWE-V 最大作戰半徑達 100 公里，不僅能垂直起降、部署快速，還能在飛行中召回，大幅降低誤傷風險與損耗成本。

With a combat radius of up to 100 kilometers, the drone can be recalled mid-flight—a rare and cost-saving feature that minimizes collateral damage and boosts tactical flexibility.

這款無人機的誕生，是為了直接回應烏克蘭武裝部隊在戰場上的真實需求，並強調模組化設計，讓未來升級更加快速與彈性，無需更換整機就能針對威脅變化即時調整。

Built with modularity at its core, OWE-V allows rapid software and hardware upgrades. It’s a direct answer to real-time battlefield feedback from Ukrainian forces.

「用為昨日戰爭設計的系統，無法贏得明日的戰鬥，」曾任北約創新部門主管、現任STARK執行董事的 Philip Lockwood 說道。「我們正設計出符合當前與未來衝突節奏的工具。」

"Systems built for yesterday’s wars won’t win tomorrow’s conflicts," said Philip Lockwood, STARK’s executive director and former NATO innovation head. “We’re delivering tools in sync with the future fight.”

OWE-V 同時是歐洲「無人機長城」戰略的一環，北約東翼從北極到黑海，正迅速佈建多層次無人機網絡，以因應俄羅斯在烏克蘭加大無人系統投入的局勢。

The launch of OWE-V aligns with NATO’s evolving “drone wall” strategy—an unmanned defense network stretching from the Arctic to the Black Sea—aimed at countering Russia’s growing drone usage in Ukraine.

STARK 公司也指出，該平台可執行重複性訓練任務，具備召回與再利用能力，有效降低後勤負擔與操作成本。其垂直起降特性，更使部署不再受限於跑道，適合快速行動與隱蔽作戰。

Reusable for training, OWE-V’s recallability and runway-free launch capabilities make it ideal for stealth missions and rapid deployment—while keeping logistics lean.

這款無人機的實戰與發布，象徵歐洲防衛工業的快速調整與新創企業的強勢崛起。STARK 成立於 2024 年，總部設於柏林與慕尼黑，並已加入 UXV 聯盟，參與橫跨陸海空天領域的無人系統聯合開發。

Formed in 2024 with headquarters in Berlin and Munich, STARK represents Europe’s new generation of agile defense innovation—now part of the UXS Alliance, collaborating on unmanned systems across land, sea, air, and space.
