國防部發布最新「四年期國防總檢討」，強調多領域防禦策略

國防部於今日（18日）發布了最新的《四年期國防總檢討》（QDR），重申台灣的軍事戰略為「防衛固守、重層嚇阻」，並提出「多域拒止、韌性防衛」的作戰準備方向。 

在這份共59頁的報告中，國防部強調，為應對日益複雜的安全威脅，軍隊將依據「機動、敏捷、致命、成本效益、隱匿」等原則，建立涵蓋地面、海上、空中、太空及網路等多重領域的防禦體系。 

報告指出，面對多樣化的灰色地帶威脅，國軍將整合強化各類雷達、衛星、預警機、無人機、海上艦艇等情報蒐集與預警系統，提升聯合情監偵能力與應變機制。 

此外，國防部表示，將深化與美國等友好國家的軍事交流合作，強化安全聯繫及共同行動，以反制敵方挑釁與脅迫。 

Ministry of National Defense Releases Latest “Quadrennial Defense Review,” Emphasizing Multi-Domain Defense Strategy

The Ministry of National Defense (MND) released the latest “Quadrennial Defense Review” (QDR) today (18th), reaffirming Taiwan’s military strategy of “resolute defense and multi-layered deterrence,” and proposing a preparation direction of “multi-domain denial and resilient defense.” 

In this 59-page report, the MND emphasizes that to cope with increasingly complex security threats, the military will establish a defense system covering multiple domains, including land, sea, air, space, and cyberspace, based on principles such as “mobility, agility, lethality, cost-effectiveness, and concealment.” 

The report indicates that in the face of diversified gray zone threats, the armed forces will integrate and strengthen various intelligence collection and early warning systems, such as radars, satellites, early warning aircraft, drones, and naval vessels, to enhance joint intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance capabilities and response mechanisms. 

Additionally, the MND states that it will deepen military exchanges and cooperation with the United States and other friendly countries, strengthening security connections and joint actions to counter enemy provocations and coercion.
