位於嘉義縣梅山鄉的身心障礙者聯合會一共收容了12位身心障礙者，其中30歲的余武南患有中度智能障礙，已待在聯合會超過10年的時間，身心靈皆有想當大的進步。聯合會還設有庇護工場，專門保護與訓練身障者，不時的舉辦活動與課程讓他們動腦學習。
