美國陸軍宣布已挑選兩支產業團隊進入「布萊德利戰車替代方案」（Next‑Gen Combat Vehicle）的原型製造階段，並開始製造首批實體車體。由美軍從去年遴選出的American Rheinmetall Vehicles與General Dynamics Land Systems，將分別開發XM30步兵戰鬥車，取代服役多年的M2/M3布萊德利車。
