英國皇家海軍「伊莉莎白女王號」（HMS Queen Elizabeth，R08）航空母艦完成大修與維護工作後，日前自母港樸茨茅斯（Portsmouth）出港，展開為期3個月的部署行動。這次任務除著重維持航艦戰備與部隊協同能力，也將為該艦預計於2027年接替「威爾斯親王號」（HMS Prince of Wales，R09）成為英國皇家海軍艦隊旗艦做好準備。

The Royal Navy’s aircraft carrier HMS Queen Elizabeth (R08) has completed its major maintenance and refit program and recently departed its home port of Portsmouth for a three-month deployment. The mission will focus on maintaining the carrier’s operational readiness and joint-force interoperability while preparing the ship to replace HMS Prince of Wales (R09) as the Royal Navy’s fleet flagship in 2027.

完成大修重返海上　展開3個月進階訓練

Returning to Sea After Refit for Three Months of Advanced Training

「伊莉莎白女王號」自2024年底開始進行大修與維護，並於今年4月完成主要工程。經過後續海上測試與相關準備後，該艦於5日正式出港，接受「艦隊作戰標準訓練」（Fleet Operational Sea Training，FOST）中心主導、為期3個月的進階訓練，以維持航艦及艦上官兵的高強度作戰準備。

HMS Queen Elizabeth began its refit and maintenance program in late 2024, completing the main phase of the work in April this year. Following subsequent sea trials and preparations, the carrier departed on the 5th for a three-month advanced training program led by the Fleet Operational Sea Training (FOST) organization, designed to maintain a high level of operational readiness for both the carrier and its crew.

此次訓練將進一步驗證航艦在更新裝備後的整體作戰能力，並強化官兵執行長時間部署任務所需的協同與應變能力。透過密集訓練，「伊莉莎白女王號」將為未來海外部署及擔任艦隊旗艦的任務做好準備。

The training will further validate the carrier’s overall operational capabilities following its equipment upgrades while strengthening the coordination and response skills required for extended deployments. The intensive program is intended to prepare HMS Queen Elizabeth for future overseas operations and its forthcoming role as the fleet flagship.

接任北約海上反應部隊旗艦　強化北大西洋協同作戰

Taking Command of NATO Maritime Reaction Forces to Strengthen North Atlantic Cooperation

除了英國皇家海軍自身的部署任務外，「伊莉莎白女王號」今年7月也接任北約「盟軍海上反應部隊」旗艦。未來在進行戰備訓練的同時，該艦也將與北約盟軍在北大西洋海域展開協同演訓，透過高度模擬實戰環境的訓練情境，強化航艦與盟軍之間的聯合作戰能力。

In addition to its Royal Navy deployment, HMS Queen Elizabeth assumed the flagship role for NATO’s Allied Maritime Reaction Forces in July this year. While conducting readiness training, the carrier will also participate in joint exercises with NATO allies in the North Atlantic, using realistic operational scenarios to strengthen combined maritime combat capabilities.

這項部署也凸顯英國在北約北翼防衛架構中的重要角色。藉由航艦搭載的航空戰力，以及與盟國海空兵力的協同運作，英軍可進一步提升在北大西洋等關鍵海域的快速反應與持續作戰能力。

The deployment also highlights the United Kingdom’s role in NATO’s northern-flank defense posture. By combining carrier-based airpower with the naval and air forces of allied nations, the Royal Navy can further enhance its rapid-response and sustained operational capabilities across strategically important waters such as the North Atlantic.

恢復「雙航艦」戰力　測試無人機與F-35B協同作戰

英國皇家海軍表示，「伊莉莎白女王號」重返部署，展現英國持續履行北約協防承諾的決心。隨著該艦完成維護並恢復部署，英國也將逐步恢復「伊莉莎白女王號」與「威爾斯親王號」兩艘航空母艦的雙航艦部署能力，提升皇家海軍整體遠洋作戰彈性。

The Royal Navy said HMS Queen Elizabeth’s return to deployment demonstrates the United Kingdom’s continued commitment to NATO collective defense. With the carrier completing its maintenance program and returning to operations, Britain is also moving toward restoring the deployment flexibility provided by its two-carrier fleet, comprising HMS Queen Elizabeth and HMS Prince of Wales.

未來，「伊莉莎白女王號」還將參與新型無人機測試計畫，探索無人機與艦載F-35B短場起降／垂直起降戰機的協同作戰模式。相關測試將用於驗證「混合航艦航空聯隊」（Hybrid Carrier Air Wing）概念，以及「有人／無人協同作戰」（MUM-T）能力，進一步擴大英國航艦航空兵力的作戰範圍與任務彈性。

In the future, HMS Queen Elizabeth will also support trials of new unmanned aircraft, exploring ways to operate them alongside F-35B short-takeoff/vertical-landing fighters. The trials are intended to validate the concept of a “Hybrid Carrier Air Wing” and manned-unmanned teaming (MUM-T), potentially expanding the Royal Navy’s carrier aviation reach and mission flexibility.

HMS Queen Elizabeth’s return to deployment following its refit marks the gradual restoration of Royal Navy carrier readiness while taking on important responsibilities for NATO’s northern-flank maritime security and allied joint operations. With the carrier preparing to assume the fleet flagship role, participate in North Atlantic exercises and test unmanned aircraft operations alongside F-35Bs, the United Kingdom is continuing to integrate manned and unmanned airpower to improve the carrier force’s adaptability to future operational environments.
