轉型無人系統測試平台　強化波羅的海監控能力

Swedish Navy計畫重啟已於2023年退役的信號情報蒐集艦「獵戶座號」（HSwMS Orion，A201），並進行翻修與改裝，轉型為無人系統測試與開發平台，預計於2028年重返現役。

The Swedish Navy plans to reactivate the signals intelligence vessel HSwMS Orion (A201), which was decommissioned in 2023, and convert it into a test and development platform for unmanned systems, with a return to service expected in 2028.

翻修整合電子系統　支援多領域測試任務

Refit and Integration to Support Multi-Domain Testing

瑞典海軍表示，「獵戶座號」將進行艦體翻修與電子系統整合，未來將以「測試艦」身分，支援電信系統、艦載感測器及無人載具的整合驗證，提升整體作戰與監測能力。

According to the Swedish Navy, the Orion will undergo hull refurbishment and electronic system integration, serving as a test vessel to support validation of communications systems, onboard sensors, and unmanned platforms.

該艦也將強化對波羅的海海底光纖電纜、能源管線及固定設施的監控能力，回應近年水下基礎設施安全威脅升高的趨勢。

It will also enhance monitoring of subsea fiber-optic cables, energy pipelines, and fixed infrastructure in the Baltic Sea, addressing growing concerns over underwater security threats.

支援AUV部署回收　拓展水下作戰應用

Supports AUV Deployment and Undersea Operations

未來「獵戶座號」可望執行自主水下無人載具（AUV）的部署與回收任務，並拓展海床測繪與水下設施巡檢能力，強化對關鍵海底基礎設施的防護。

The Orion is expected to support deployment and recovery of autonomous underwater vehicles (AUVs), expanding capabilities in seabed mapping and underwater infrastructure inspection.

服役近40年老艦　轉型再利用降低成本

「獵戶座號」排水量約1400噸，1984年下水，長期執行訊號攔截與電子監控任務；2023年由新一代HSwMS Artemis（A202）接替退役。

The Orion, displacing about 1,400 tons and launched in 1984, served in signals intelligence and electronic surveillance roles before being replaced in 2023 by the newer HSwMS Artemis (A202).

分析指出，重啟既有艦艇可避免新造艦所帶來的高成本與時程延誤，同時讓「阿提米絲號」專注於情監偵任務分工。

Analysts note that reactivating an existing vessel avoids the high costs and delays of new construction, while allowing the Artemis to focus on dedicated intelligence missions.

隨著波羅的海水下基礎設施安全成為NATO關注焦點，「獵戶座號」重返現役，顯示瑞典對水下威脅與海底安全防護的重視程度持續提升。
