Israel Ministry of Defense將與Israel Aerospace Industries（IAI）簽署合約，加速「箭式」防空系統產能擴充，以因應日益嚴峻的彈道飛彈威脅，並強化整體防空體系韌性。

The Israel Ministry of Defense is set to sign a contract with Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI) to accelerate production of the Arrow missile defense system, responding to increasing ballistic missile threats and strengthening overall air defense resilience.

多層防禦核心系統　提升庫存與產能

Core of Layered Defense, Expanding Stockpiles and Production

報導指出，「箭式」系統為以色列多層防空體系中，專責攔截長程彈道飛彈的關鍵核心。以色列國防部強調，在全球安全環境快速變化下，該系統具備卓越攔截能力，是國家重要戰略資產之一。

Reports indicate that the Arrow system serves as a core component of Israel’s multi-layered defense architecture, specifically designed to intercept long-range ballistic missiles. The Ministry of Defense emphasized its strategic importance amid an increasingly complex global security environment.

透過擴大產能、增加庫存及啟動追加採購，除可維持部隊防空戰力現代化，也有助於提升本土軍工產業韌性與後勤補給能力。

By expanding production capacity, increasing stockpiles, and initiating additional procurement, Israel aims to sustain modern air defense capabilities while strengthening domestic defense industry resilience and logistics support.

美以合作研發　實戰驗證攔截能力

Joint U.S.-Israel Development Proven in Combat

「箭式」系統由IAI與Missile Defense Agency（MDA）共同研發，屬於高空飛彈防禦系統。2023年11月曾成功攔截葉門Houthi movement（青年運動）及伊朗發射的彈道飛彈，展現實戰攔截能力。

The Arrow system was jointly developed by IAI and the U.S. Missile Defense Agency (MDA) as a high-altitude missile defense system. In November 2023, it successfully intercepted ballistic missiles launched by Yemen’s Houthi movement and Iran, demonstrating proven combat effectiveness.

箭3具外氣層攔截能力　箭4持續研發

Arrow-3 Enables Exo-Atmospheric Intercepts, Arrow-4 in Development

目前最先進的Arrow 3射程可達2400公里、最大攔截高度約100公里，具備在大氣層外攔截來襲彈道飛彈的能力，是以色列反飛彈防禦的重要支柱；下一代Arrow 4亦正積極研發中。

The most advanced Arrow 3 interceptor has a range of up to 2,400 kilometers and a maximum interception altitude of around 100 kilometers, enabling exo-atmospheric interception of incoming ballistic missiles. It remains a cornerstone of Israel’s missile defense, while the next-generation Arrow 4 is currently under development.

德國率先部署　系統外銷邁出關鍵一步

Germany Becomes First Export Customer

Germany已於去年12月接收首套「箭3」系統，成為以色列以外首個部署該系統的國家，象徵該防空系統在國際市場的拓展取得重要進展。

Germany received its first Arrow 3 system in December last year, becoming the first country outside Israel to deploy the system—marking a significant milestone in its international expansion.
