日本空自EC-2電戰機完成首飛 強化遠程電磁作戰能力

日本航空自衛隊（JASDF）證實，由 Kawasaki Heavy Industries 改裝的首架 EC-2 electronic warfare aircraft，已於 3 月 17 日在岐阜基地完成首次飛行。

The Japan Air Self-Defense Force confirmed that the first EC-2 electronic warfare aircraft, modified by Kawasaki Heavy Industries, completed its maiden flight on March 17 at Gifu Air Base.

該機在前一日完成地面滑行測試後迅速升空，顯示測試進度加快，正式進入飛行測試階段。

The aircraft took flight shortly after completing taxi tests the previous day, marking the start of its flight test campaign.

以C-2運輸機為基礎 打造新一代電戰平台

EC-2係以 Kawasaki C-2 運輸機為基礎改裝，為日本自 2021 年啟動電戰能力提升計畫的重要成果。

The EC-2 is based on the Kawasaki C-2 transport aircraft and is a key outcome of Japan’s electronic warfare development program launched in 2021.

該機將搭載多種電戰系統，能在遠距離對敵方防空系統、雷達與通訊設備進行干擾。

It will be equipped with advanced electronic warfare systems capable of disrupting enemy air defense systems, sensors and communications at long range.

此能力將提升自衛隊戰機在制空與打擊任務中的生存性與作戰效能。

This capability is expected to enhance survivability and mission effectiveness for Japanese fighters in air superiority and strike operations.

性能大幅優於前一代電戰機

EC-2尺寸介於 Boeing C-17 Globemaster III 與 Lockheed Martin C-130 Hercules 之間，與 Airbus A400M Atlas 相近。

In size, the EC-2 sits between the Boeing C-17 and the C-130, comparable to the Airbus A400M.

不同於 A400M 採用渦輪螺旋槳引擎，C-2平台使用 GE CF6-80C2 渦扇發動機，具備更高推力與巡航速度。

Unlike the turboprop-powered A400M, the C-2 platform uses GE CF6-80C2 turbofan engines, providing higher thrust and cruise speed.

其最大酬載達 約36公噸（8萬磅），最大起飛重量約 31萬磅，相較前一代 EC-1 電戰機大幅提升。

It offers a payload capacity of around 36 tons and a maximum takeoff weight of 310,000 pounds, significantly exceeding the previous EC-1 platform.

延續C-2特種任務機發展路線

日本先前已於 2018 年將一架 C-2 改裝為 RC-2 信號情報（SIGINT）機，並於 2020 年投入運作。

Japan previously converted a C-2 into the RC-2 SIGINT aircraft in 2018, which entered service in 2020.

此次 EC-2 為 C-2 系列第二種特種任務衍生型，進一步拓展該平台多用途能力。

The EC-2 represents the second special mission variant of the C-2 platform, expanding its multi-role capabilities.

儘管詳細電戰系統尚未公開，日本防衛省已規劃採購 4 架 EC-2，用於強化多領域作戰能力。

While system details remain undisclosed, Japan plans to procure four EC-2 aircraft to strengthen its multi-domain operations.
