歐洲國防支出飆升吸引資本進場

隨著歐洲各國持續提升國防預算，航太與國防產業正成為全球資本市場的新焦點。比利時新成立的投資控股公司 FLARE Group 宣布，將專注投資歐洲航太、國防製造及相關軍民兩用技術企業。

Amid rising defence spending across Europe, the aerospace and defence sector is attracting increasing attention from international investors. Newly launched Belgian investment holding company FLARE Group will focus on innovative companies in aerospace, defence manufacturing and dual-use technologies.

FLARE Group 於 Brussels European Defence Exhibition 2026（BEDEX 2026）正式亮相。該基金由來自美國與歐洲的私人投資者與家族辦公室支持，未來將鎖定歐洲航太與國防供應鏈中的高價值企業進行收購與成長投資。

The investment firm was unveiled at the Brussels European Defence Exhibition (BEDEX) 2026. Backed by private investors and family offices from the United States and Europe, FLARE Group aims to acquire and support high-value companies across Europe’s aerospace and defence supply chain.

FLARE Group 共同創辦人、同時也是模擬座艙製造商 EURAMEC 執行長 Bert Buyle 表示，新基金將聚焦於能帶來技術與產業協同效應的投資機會。

「我們的策略是在強化既有企業成長的同時，透過精準併購擴展在航太、國防製造與相關科技領域的布局。」

“With our new fund, FLARE Group will focus on opportunities within European aerospace, defence manufacturing and related technologies,” said Bert Buyle. “Our strategy is to strengthen the growth of existing companies while pursuing targeted acquisitions aligned with our technological focus.”

歐洲防務科技投資快速升溫

近年來，歐洲在國防科技與 AI 驅動安全解決方案的投資顯著增加，這些領域被視為提升歐洲經濟競爭力與戰略自主的重要支柱。

Across Europe, investment in defence technology and AI-driven security solutions has surged in recent years, sectors widely viewed as critical to the continent’s economic competitiveness and strategic autonomy.

FLARE Group 共同創辦人 Bill Minkoff 指出，歐洲市場對美國投資人而言具備多元化優勢。

「歐洲的經濟循環與市場動態與美國不同，因此能提供投資組合分散效果。此外，相對有利的利率環境也降低了槓桿收購融資成本，提升投資回報潛力。」

“Europe provides diversification benefits for U.S. investors because its economic cycles differ from those in the United States,” said Bill Minkoff, Co-Founder of FLARE Group.

比利時航太產業逐漸受到關注

在歐洲航太與國防產業版圖中，比利時正逐漸成為具有吸引力的市場。該國佛蘭德斯地區（Flanders）擁有密集的工程技術企業群，涵蓋先進製造、維修與翻修（MRO）服務及航太技術研發。

Belgium is emerging as an attractive market within the sector. The Flanders region hosts a dense ecosystem of specialised engineering companies active in advanced manufacturing, maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) services and aerospace technology innovation.

顧問公司 BDO 國防與航太產業負責人 Max Mariens 表示，佛蘭德斯在歐洲航太供應鏈中扮演重要角色，但其實力往往被低估。

「該地區擁有高度專業化企業、研究中心與技術供應商，在整個國防價值鏈中提供先進能力，是未來航太與國防技術發展的重要創新基地。」

“Flanders hosts a strong ecosystem of specialised companies, research centres and technology providers delivering advanced capabilities across the defence value chain,” Mariens noted.

Mariens 也指出，比利時在人均太空預算方面位居全球前列。該國航太產業年營收約 6 億歐元，其中約三分之二來自與 European Space Agency 的合作計畫。此外，大量投資亦流入軍用航空專案，例如 F-35 戰機，以及裝甲車與網路安全領域。

Belgium also maintains one of the world’s highest space budgets per capita. Roughly two-thirds of the sector’s annual revenue of around €600 million is linked to projects with the European Space Agency, while investment also flows into military aviation programs such as the F-35, armoured vehicles and cybersecurity.

BMT Aerospace：佛蘭德斯最大航太 OEM

比利時航太供應鏈中具代表性的企業之一為 BMT Aerospace，該公司為佛蘭德斯地區最大的航太與國防原始設備製造商（OEM）。

One example of Belgium’s aerospace ecosystem is BMT Aerospace, the largest aerospace and defence OEM in Flanders.

BMT Aerospace 專門製造高精度零組件與複雜組裝件，應用於渦輪發動機、直升機傳動系統及輔助動力裝置（APU），並參與多項全球商用與軍用航空專案。

The company produces high-precision components and complex assemblies used in turbine engines, helicopter drive systems and auxiliary power units for both commercial aviation and defence programs.

BMT Aerospace 執行長 Benoit Reynders 表示，全球航太產業正重新聚焦佛蘭德斯。

「我們幾乎參與了全球所有航太計畫。隨著航太與國防創新投資增加，該地區的產業正迎來強勁成長。」

“We are involved in almost every aerospace program worldwide,” said Benoit Reynders, CEO of BMT Aerospace.
