BAF Pan Pacific Singapore Hotel Art Fair

SINGAPORE — The 2025 BANK Art Fair (BAF) will return to the prestigious Pan Pacific Singapore from December 12 to 14, 2025. Transforming the hotel’s luxury suites into a dynamic crossroads of contemporary culture, this year’s fair highlights a curated selection of Asian artistic talent. A primary focus of the exhibition is Room 621, featuring a portfolio of Taiwanese artists recommended by Dr. Wu Jih-chin and Lin Ting-he.

One of the most anticipated highlights is the debut of a new body of work by Taiwanese contemporary artist Adia Yang, presented internationally for the first time. Working on 24 × 27 cm mulberry paper boards, Yang integrates red wine, ink, acrylic, and gold powder to translate the energy world perceived through her “third eye” into subtle, poetic visual compositions.

Her works resemble living energy fields—where cellular structures, cosmic flows, and softly diffused luminous particles intertwine. Within these abstract forms, traces of eyes, whiskers, ears, and tentacle-like shapes gently emerge, inviting viewers to project their own imaginative associations—cats, pigs, lambs, or other fantastical creatures—transforming each viewing into a deeply personal spiritual reflection.

In addition to Adia Yang, Booth 621 features a diverse group of Taiwanese artists, including Kuo Fang-Chun, Sun Chuan-Tzu, Wu Wen-Hsuan, and Wu Kun-Hung. Together, their works span abstract energy, life symbolism, cultural narratives, and experimental materials, forming a cross-generational and cross-linguistic spectrum that reveals the richness and depth of Taiwan’s contemporary art scene.

The curatorial team hopes that this presentation will draw greater attention from Asian and international collectors to the unique creative energies of Taiwanese artists, while also allowing art to inhabit everyday hotel spaces as something approachable, collectible, and emotionally resonant.
