創未來科技與韓國 Huneed Technologies 簽署合作協議(MoA),
Tron Future Tech and Huneed Technologies have signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) to jointly develop and market advanced maritime anti-drone systems for manned and unmanned maritime platforms. The signing took place during the Seoul International Aerospace & Defense Exhibition (ADEX 2025), South Korea’s biennial defense trade show.
The strategic MoA establishes a South Korea-Taiwan collaboration in defense technology, focusing on integrating Tron Future Tech’s cutting-edge Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) radar technology into Huneed Technologies’ defense solutions.
The primary objective of the partnership is the development of next-generation phased array anti-drone systems specifically tailored for maritime applications. This move will leverage Tron Future Tech’s global success in ground-based AESA solutions to penetrate the critical naval defense sector.
The MoA was formally signed by Ya Ying Lin, Vice President of Tron Future Tech, and Moon Young Park, Executive Senior Vice President of the Defense Business at Huneed Technologies and former Admiral in the Republic of Korea Navy.
“We are excited to enter the maritime defense market through this great partnership with a leader like Huneed Technologies,” said Ya Ying Lin of Tron Future Tech. “Our AESA technology is poised to provide a superior, high-performance solution for the increasing threat of Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) over maritime environments, and Huneed is the ideal partner to bring this capability to key defense customers.”
Huneed Technologies is a South Korean developer and manufacturer of airborne systems defense communication systems, and a major supplier to South Korea’s Ministry of National Defense.
Tron Future Tech is Taiwan’s largest anti-drone solution provider and leverages advanced AESA radar and proprietary algorithms to deliver AI-driven, fully automated solutions for UAS, counter-UAS, satellite communication, and sensing—laying the C4ISR foundation for the future battlefield
The successful execution of this MoA marks a significant step forward in defense technology cooperation that also harnesses Taiwan’s advanced semiconductor solution and South Korea’s world-leading shipbuilding industry, aiming to provide robust and domestically integrated solutions for maritime security.
