「非紅供應鏈」打出成績！台灣無人機出口年增7倍　波蘭、美國成主力市場

台灣無人機產業正快速擴張國際能見度，憑藉「非紅供應鏈」、強大資通訊背景與民主制度信任紅利，成功打入歐洲與北美市場。根據財政部海關資料，2024年前6個月台灣無人機出口金額達1,189萬美元（約新台幣3.5億元），年增幅高達749%，其中又以出口至波蘭的表現最為亮眼。

In the first half of 2024, Taiwan exported US$11.89 million worth of drones — a 749% increase year-over-year — with Poland accounting for over 54% of total exports.

數據顯示，台灣無人機今年上半年出口至波蘭金額達648萬美元，占整體出口比重54%；其次為美國（154.9萬美元）與德國（145.8萬美元）。特別的是，捷克首次進榜成為台灣無人機第4大出口市場，顯示東歐市場潛力迅速浮現。

Export growth was especially strong to Germany (+25,800%) and the US (+209%), while Czechia emerged as a new market — underscoring Eastern Europe’s rising demand.

外貿協會分析，俄烏戰爭與中東局勢升溫後，歐盟積極推動供應鏈「去中化與民主化（de-risking & democratisation）」。台灣無人機廠商具備完整的通訊技術、生產彈性與高資安標準，自然成為歐洲政府與企業「可信賴的替代供應者」。

Amid geopolitical tensions, EU buyers are shifting away from Chinese-origin drone systems, seeking trustworthy partners — making Taiwan a top alternative due to its democratic system and tech maturity.

出口實績亮眼的同時，國內需求也將成為未來幾年推升產業發展的關鍵推力。根據經濟部盤點，未來四年中央各部會合計無人機需求量將達5萬架，涵蓋教育、內政、農業與經濟領域，待行政院核定後將編列正式預算進行採購。

Taiwan’s domestic drone demand is projected to reach 50,000 units over four years, with government agencies planning large-scale procurement once the cabinet approves the budget.

國防部近期亦宣示啟動軍用商規無人機採購，將民間無人機能量納入國防供應鏈，推動軍民共構產業模式。卓越無人機海外商機聯盟也持續拓展歐洲、日本等市場，強化集體出口能力。

The Ministry of National Defense is planning major procurements of COTS (commercial-off-the-shelf) drones for military use — integrating private-sector drone makers into Taiwan’s defense industrial base.

產業界表示，中國雖仍掌握低價商用無人機優勢，但歐美在資安、供應鏈透明與戰時彈性上高度重視，讓台廠具備切入高階與軍用市場的關鍵門票。
