President Volodymyr Zelensky confirmed that Kyiv and Washington are in talks over a "mega arms deal" — which may include the US purchasing Ukrainian-built combat drones tested in real warfare.

該筆交易的核心焦點，正是烏克蘭研發的**「Bulava」X型神風無人機**。這款攻擊型自殺無人機專為打擊高價值、遠距離戰略目標而設計，可搭配「Leleka-100」偵察無人機組成作戰對，進行前線目標定位與即時戰場導引。

The centerpiece of the deal is the Bulava X-type loitering munition, optimized for long-range strikes against high-value targets, often used in tandem with Leleka-100 ISR drones for real-time targeting.

The Bulava-Leleka pairing has shown impressive performance in frontline operations, catching the attention of US defense officials looking to modernize drone doctrine.

US analysts acknowledge that Ukraine’s battlefield drones are “innovating faster than the Pentagon,” especially compared to lagging US progress in swarm and AI-enabled systems.

烏方除有意提供技術平台外，還提出共享自2022年以來在俄烏戰爭中累積的全套「現代戰爭經驗」，協助美方填補現行作戰模式與未來威脅之間的落差。

Kyiv offers not just hardware, but also its entire trove of real-world combat experience — a resource Washington sees as vital for preparing its forces for future conflicts.

美國前總統川普的前國安顧問、代表團成員凱斯・凱洛格（Keith Kellogg）訪問烏克蘭無人機製造廠後表示：

“What they’ve done here is unbelievable,” Kellogg said. “In drone warfare, they are ahead. Their innovation speed is stunning.”

這場潛在交易不只是軍備買賣，更可能是一場技術交換與戰術輸出的全球轉捩點。除了美國外，烏克蘭也同步與德國展開軍工合作，將共同生產遠程打擊武器，並由烏方接收首批德製裝備。
