希臘接收V-BAT無人機部署邊境　升級海空偵察戰力

希臘陸軍日前正式接收兩架由美國製造、具實戰紀錄的「V-BAT」垂直起降無人機，象徵其情監偵能力邁向新里程。
The Hellenic Army has officially received two U.S.-made V-BAT vertical take-off and landing (VTOL) drones, marking a significant upgrade in its intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities.

移交儀式於5月14日在「內陸和群島最高軍事司令部」（ASDEN）總部舉行，希臘總理米佐塔基斯、防長鄧迪亞斯及多位高層將領均出席。
The ceremony was held on May 14 at ASDEN headquarters, attended by Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis, Defense Minister Nikos Dendias, and senior military officials.

此次無人機由「Athanasios C. Laskaridis」慈善基金會捐贈，希臘總理致詞指出，V-BAT 將部署於希臘東部邊境，用於加強愛琴海北部與地中海東南部戰略要衝的海空域偵察任務。
The two V-BAT drones were donated by the Athanasios C. Laskaridis Foundation. PM Mitsotakis noted the systems would be deployed along the eastern frontier, enhancing ISR coverage across the Aegean and Eastern Mediterranean.

V-BAT 為美國新創防衛科技公司 Shield AI 所研發，該公司表示，能協助希臘軍方擴展戰場視野，為區域穩定提供科技支援深感榮幸。
V-BAT is developed by U.S. defense tech firm Shield AI, which expressed pride in supporting Greece’s military modernization and contributing to broader regional security.

該機種曾被烏克蘭軍方操作投入實戰，自去年起已執行超過130架次任務。V-BAT 採輕量與模組化設計，具備垂直起降能力，可於狹小空間部署、僅需2人30分鐘即可完成組裝與起飛。
Previously battle-tested by Ukrainian forces, the V-BAT has flown over 130 missions in live combat. Its lightweight, modular build enables quick assembly in 30 minutes by two personnel, with full VTOL capability for confined areas.

其載具可搭配光學、熱成像、遙測與紅外線夜視等感測模組，能精準執行邊境監控、海域巡邏與戰術支援任務，是目前前線部隊不可或缺的行動情報工具之一。
Outfitted with electro-optical, thermal, and infrared sensors, V-BAT drones are ideal for border patrol, coastal surveillance, and tactical overwatch—serving as critical ISR assets for modern military operations.
