無人機打造「地獄景象」!國造攻擊型無人機將擴大量產部署!

為了讓中國在進犯台灣前「三思而後行」,美軍印太司令帕帕羅(Adm. John Aquilino Paparo)近日於美國國會聽證會上指出,應在台灣海峽部署大量無人自主系統,營造出令對手卻步的「地獄景象」(hellscape)。而這樣的戰略構想,台灣也早已動起來。

國造攻擊型無人機產能擴張,進入倍增階段
據瞭解,國軍針對攻擊型無人載具的量產計畫,並未打算在今年底告一段落。反之,相關單位正積極評估,是否將後續量產計畫轉列為年度常態預算,甚至考慮納入新一輪的特別預算編列,以因應日益增加的戰備需求。
Instead of wrapping up the program, defense planners are looking at significantly expanding production capacity. The reason is simple: modern warfare consumes unmanned assets at an astonishing rate.
實戰經驗揭示:無人機不是「備幾架就夠」
從烏俄戰爭與中東地區的實戰觀察中可發現,無人機在高強度戰場上的損耗極大。軍方人士指出,單靠幾百或幾千架無人機,遠遠不足以應付持久的防衛作戰,必須確保有充足庫儲與穩定補給鏈。
Battlefield data from recent conflicts shows that drones are expendable but indispensable. “You don’t win with hundreds—you need tens of thousands,” one source noted. Taiwan’s goal is not just to stockpile, but to localize the entire production chain—from guidance systems to explosive payloads.
打造四型國產攻擊無人機,對應不同作戰需求
目前國軍正規劃籌獲四款具備攻擊能力的本土無人載具,包括短程打擊機種、具巡飛能力的遊蕩彈藥(loitering munitions)、能垂直起降的轉換飛行型機種,以及成本較低、但具備飛彈等級打擊效能的高性價比機型。

「地獄景象」構想:多域無人系統全面上場
軍方表示,所謂「地獄景象」是指在空中、岸際、水面與水下全面部署多型無人系統,包括游盪彈藥、攻擊型無人機、無人快艇、半潛無人艇與陸基反艦系統,藉由火力協調系統,對敵艦實施飽和打擊。
This multi-layered defense concept would integrate air, surface, and subsurface drones, enabling saturation attacks through coordinated firepower. The aim is to overwhelm incoming forces while minimizing manpower exposure.
除美製彈簧刀,國造無人機也是主力之一
除了已向美方採購數千架彈簧刀300與Altius 600M-V無人機,軍方也計劃大量採購並投入自製攻擊型無人載具,作為持久防衛戰略的核心之一。
While imported systems like the Switchblade 300 and Altius 600M-V add immediate capability, Taiwan’s long-term strategy hinges on homegrown drone platforms that can be mass-produced, maintained, and upgraded domestically.
