德國萊茵金屬公司宣布,「Luna NG」偵察無人機近日取得德國聯邦國防軍航空管理局(LufABw)核發的「臨時適航證」(provisional airworthiness certification),象徵該系統朝德國聯邦國防軍「高效中程偵察無人系統」(HUSAR)邁出重要一步,未來可望進一步強化德軍空中情報、監視與偵察能力,並拓展「偵攻一體」(Sensor-to-Shooter)作戰效能。
萊茵金屬表示,取得臨時適航證後,「Luna NG」已獲准在一般及管制空域執行飛行任務,德國聯邦國防軍也正式將該系統納入HUSAR名稱。作為Luna系列無人機最新成員,「Luna NG」採用輕量化、高強度碳纖維強化聚合物(CFRP)機身,並配備低噪音噴射發動機,可在高空進行無動力滑翔。
Rheinmetall said the certification permits Luna NG to operate in both general and controlled airspace, while the German Armed Forces have officially designated the system as HUSAR. As the latest member of the Luna UAV family, Luna NG features a lightweight, high-strength carbon-fiber-reinforced polymer (CFRP) airframe and a low-noise jet engine, while also being capable of unpowered gliding at high altitude.

在性能方面,「Luna NG」最大飛行時間超過12小時,飛行高度可達5000公尺,數據鏈傳輸距離超過100公里,並具備衛星通訊(SatCom)及遠距資料傳輸能力,使其能夠長時間執行廣域偵察與監視任務。
In terms of performance, Luna NG offers more than 12 hours of endurance and can operate at altitudes of up to 5,000 meters. Its data link has a range exceeding 100 kilometers, while satellite communications (SatCom) and long-range data transmission capabilities allow the UAV to conduct extended surveillance and reconnaissance missions over wide areas.
「Luna NG」同時強調高機動部署能力,其機體設計緊湊,可由車輛或直升機快速運輸,僅需數名人員即可完成起飛準備。系統可適應不同地形,透過彈射方式起飛,完成預設飛行路線後則可自主降落,降低對固定跑道及大型地面設施的依賴。
Luna NG is also designed for rapid deployment. Its compact airframe can be transported by vehicles or helicopters, while only a small number of personnel are required for launch preparation. The system can be launched by catapult from a variety of terrain and autonomously recover after completing its programmed flight route, reducing reliance on fixed runways and large ground infrastructure.
模組化感測器 整合AI強化情報蒐整
Modular Sensors and AI-Enabled Intelligence Processing
「Luna NG」可依據不同任務需求搭載多種感測模組,包括光電/紅外線(EO/IR)、聲學、頻譜分析、合成孔徑雷達(SAR)及熱成像系統,同時可整合電子支援措施(ESM)與IMEI(行動裝置識別碼)追蹤器,藉此執行空中監視、目標探測與追蹤等任務。
Depending on mission requirements, Luna NG can carry a range of modular sensors, including electro-optical/infrared (EO/IR), acoustic, spectrum-analysis, synthetic aperture radar (SAR) and thermal-imaging systems. It can also integrate electronic support measures (ESM) and IMEI, or International Mobile Equipment Identity, trackers for airborne surveillance, target detection and tracking missions.
系統並可搭配人工智慧輔助的數據與情報評估能力,協助處理大量偵察資料;此外,透過整合LTE網路通訊模組,「Luna NG」也能擔任地面通訊盲區的空中中繼節點,進一步延伸部隊的通訊與資訊傳輸範圍。
The system can also employ AI-assisted data and intelligence assessment capabilities to help process large volumes of reconnaissance information. With an integrated LTE communications module, Luna NG can additionally serve as an airborne relay node over areas with limited ground connectivity, extending communications and information-sharing coverage for deployed forces.
已納入採購計畫 曾赴烏克蘭驗證實戰效能

相關報導指出,德國聯邦國防軍已將12架「Luna NG」納入今年軍備採購計畫預算,首批操作與相關人員也已完成培訓,顯示德軍正逐步推進該型無人機的實際部署與運用。
Related reports indicate that the German Armed Forces have included funding for 12 Luna NG aircraft in this year’s procurement plan, while the first group of personnel has completed training. The developments indicate that the Bundeswehr is moving toward operational deployment of the system.
此外,「Luna NG」此前已投入烏克蘭戰場進行實戰驗證,相關經驗可望進一步協助德軍評估其在高威脅環境下的偵察與情報支援能力。隨著HUSAR體系逐步成形,這款無人機未來可望透過長時間滯空、多元感測器及資料鏈能力,強化從目標發現、情報判讀到火力運用的「偵攻一體」擊殺鏈運作效率。
Luna NG has also previously been deployed in Ukraine for operational evaluation. The experience could help the Bundeswehr assess its reconnaissance and intelligence-support capabilities in high-threat environments. As the HUSAR system develops, the UAV’s long endurance, multi-sensor payloads and data-link capabilities could enhance the efficiency of the sensor-to-shooter chain, from target detection and intelligence assessment through to the employment of fires.
