比利時F-35產業合作升級　Safran與BMT將共同製造F135引擎關鍵零件

為配合比利時採購第五代戰機 F-35 Lightning II，比利時政府與 Pratt & Whitney（雷神技術集團旗下） 簽署合作協議，正式啟動 F135 引擎零組件的本地生產計畫。簽約儀式於 Jean Offenberg 空軍基地 舉行，見證人包括副總理暨經濟部長 David Clarinval 與國防部長 Theo Francken。

根據協議，比利時兩家航太製造商——Safran Aero Boosters 與 BMT Aerospace——將負責生產 F135 引擎的關鍵組件。此合作不僅強化比利時在 F-35 供應鏈中的地位，也象徵 瓦隆（Wallonia）與佛蘭德（Flanders） 兩大區域產業的協同成果。

Safran Aero Boosters 將在瓦隆地區建立引擎零件生產線，而 BMT Aerospace 則負責高精度齒輪與結構件製造。雙方將共同開發創新製造技術，並與 Pratt & Whitney 合作落實長期產能布局，確保比利時在 F-35 計畫中的 技術與就業紅利。

副總理 Clarinval 表示：「F-35 不僅是軍事採購，更是對比利時安全、主權與產業的戰略投資。每一歐元的投入，都是對創新與就業的槓桿效益。」

國防部長 Francken 也指出：「這項合作讓比利時的貢獻超越機身製造，進一步在關鍵引擎領域展現創新能量。」

目前，比利時已接收首架 F-35，並計劃於 2030 年全面汰換 F-16 戰機。隨著 F135 引擎零件生產落地，該國在北約防務產業鏈中的地位將持續提升。

As part of Belgium’s acquisition of the F-35 Lightning II fighter jet, Pratt & Whitney (an RTX business) signed an agreement with the Belgian government enabling Safran Aero Boosters and BMT Aerospace to manufacture critical components of the F135 engine powering the F-35.

The partnership enhances Belgium’s industrial participation in the global F-35 supply chain and strengthens collaboration between the country’s Walloon and Flemish regions.

Deputy Prime Minister David Clarinval hailed the deal as a strategic investment in sovereignty, innovation, and employment, while Defense Minister Theo Francken emphasized that “the F-35’s economic return extends beyond the airframe — reaching deep into engine technology.”
