創未來科技與印度 Himil 公司簽署合作備忘錄　共同拓展無人機防禦市場！

創未來科技（Tron Future Tech）今日於台灣航太與國防科技展（TADTE）與印度 Himil 公司正式簽署合作備忘錄（MOU）。該協議由創未來科技執行長王毓駒博士與 Himil 執行長 Sumit Chopra 先生共同簽署，象徵雙方將攜手推動無人機防禦系統於印度市場的落地與應用。
Today, at the Taiwan Aerospace & Defense Technology Exhibition (TADTE), Tron Future Tech officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with India’s Himil. The agreement was jointly signed by Dr. Wang Yu-Ju, CEO of Tron Future Tech, and Mr. Sumit Chopra, CEO of Himil, marking a collaborative commitment to deploy Drone Defence Systems in the Indian market.

依據合作內容，Himil 將引進創未來科技完整的無人機防禦系統，涵蓋軟殺與硬殺技術，並計劃與印度當地產業與機構展開更深入合作，服務國防與航太領域的需求。
Under the cooperation, Himil will adopt Tron Future Tech’s full Drone Defence System—including soft-kill and hard-kill technologies—and plans to engage in deeper collaboration with local Indian industries and institutions to serve the defence and aerospace sectors.

Himil 總部位於印度班加羅爾，擁有超過30年設計、開發與製造經驗，並在印度設有五個製造與銷售工廠。該公司長期與印度國防部、國防研究與發展組織（DRDO）及國防公共部門單位保持合作，為印度國防產業的重要夥伴。此次合作中，Himil 高度認可創未來科技在雷達與無人機反制領域的世界級技術水準，並計劃將其解決方案推廣至印度國防與航太客戶。
Himil, headquartered in Bangalore, India, has over 30 years of experience in design, development, and manufacturing, and operates five manufacturing and sales facilities across India. The company has long collaborated with the Indian Ministry of Defence, the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), and public sector defence entities, and is a key partner in India’s defence industry. In this collaboration, Himil highly acknowledges Tron Future Tech’s world-class technical capabilities in Radar and Anti-Drone countermeasures, and plans to promote its solutions to Indian defence and aerospace customers.
