法國國防採購局（DGA）發布新聞稿證實，法國海軍已接收首批2架「信天翁」（FALCON 2000LXS Albatros）海上巡邏機，並正式編入海軍航空部隊。新機未來將擔負海上監視與干預等核心任務，進一步提升法國海軍對周邊海域及海上活動的監視與掌握能力。

France’s Directorate General of Armament (DGA) has confirmed that the French Navy has received its first two FALCON 2000LXS Albatros maritime patrol aircraft, which have now joined the naval aviation force. The new aircraft will undertake key maritime surveillance and intervention missions, strengthening the French Navy’s ability to monitor and maintain awareness of activities across surrounding waters.

首批2架完成交付　編入第24F海軍航空隊

First Two Aircraft Delivered and Assigned to Flottille 24F

DGA表示，首批2架「信天翁」在完成一系列驗收程序後，分別於7月27日及31日交付法國海軍，並編入朗比韋（Lann-Bihoué）海軍航空站的「第24F海軍航空隊」（Flottille 24F）。新機將逐步取代自2025年起陸續退役的「獵鷹50M」（FALCON 50M）及「獵鷹200」（FALCON 200）巡邏機。

The DGA said the first two Albatros aircraft completed a series of acceptance procedures before being delivered to the French Navy on July 27 and 31, respectively. They have been assigned to Flottille 24F at Lann-Bihoué Naval Air Station and will gradually replace the FALCON 50M and FALCON 200 patrol aircraft, which have been entering retirement since 2025.

「信天翁」未來將以海上監視與干預為主要任務，包括掌握海上活動、支援相關行動，以及在發生自然災害時投入救災工作。透過新一代任務系統與感測器配置，法國海軍可望進一步提升長時間海上巡弋及快速應變能力。

The Albatros will primarily conduct maritime surveillance and intervention missions, including monitoring activity at sea, supporting relevant operations and providing assistance during natural disasters. Its upgraded mission systems and sensor suite are expected to improve the French Navy’s ability to conduct persistent maritime patrols and respond rapidly to emerging situations.

AVSIMAR計畫持續推進　首階段共採購12架

AVSIMAR Program Moves Forward with 12 Aircraft Planned in First Phase

「信天翁」是法國「海上監視暨干預飛機」（AVSIMAR）專案的重要一環，整體計畫將分階段推動，目標是提升法國海軍航空部隊的海上防衛與監視能力。DGA分別於2020年11月及2025年9月與達梭集團（Dassault Aviation）簽署採購合約，總計採購12架「信天翁」。

The Albatros is a key component of France’s AVSIMAR maritime surveillance and intervention aircraft program, which is being implemented in phases to strengthen the French naval aviation force’s maritime defense and surveillance capabilities. The DGA signed procurement contracts with Dassault Aviation in November 2020 and September 2025, covering a total of 12 Albatros aircraft.

依照目前規劃，第3架「信天翁」預計於2026年底交付，後續將以每年2架的速度陸續交機，目標在2031年完成12架全數交付，達成AVSIMAR第一階段建軍目標。至於第二階段，法方則規劃進一步採購包括無人機在內的新型戰力，持續擴大海上監視與情監偵能力。

Under the current schedule, the third Albatros is expected to be delivered by the end of 2026, followed by a planned delivery rate of two aircraft per year. All 12 aircraft are scheduled to be delivered by 2031, completing the first phase of the AVSIMAR program. In its second phase, France plans to acquire additional advanced capabilities, including unmanned systems, to further expand maritime surveillance and intelligence capabilities.

改良自獵鷹2000LXS　整合先進雷達與光電感測器

Based on the Falcon 2000LXS with Advanced Radar and Electro-Optical Sensors

「信天翁」改良自達梭「獵鷹2000 LXS」（Falcon 2000LXS）多用途商務客機，針對海上巡邏任務進行專業化改裝。機上搭載達利思（Thales）「搜索大師」（Searchmaster）主動電子掃描陣列（AESA）雷達、賽峰集團（Safran）的Euroflir 410紅外線光電（EO/IR）感測器，以及由法國海軍集團（Naval Group）研發的任務系統，強化對海面目標的偵測、辨識與追蹤能力。

The Albatros is derived from Dassault’s Falcon 2000LXS multi-role business jet and has been extensively modified for maritime patrol missions. Its equipment includes the Thales Searchmaster active electronically scanned array (AESA) radar, Safran’s Euroflir 410 electro-optical/infrared (EO/IR) sensor, and a mission system developed by Naval Group, enhancing its ability to detect, identify and track maritime targets.

在性能方面，「信天翁」具備約7400公里航程，同時兼具良好的高速與低速飛行性能，使其能因應不同海上任務需求，在廣大海域執行長時間巡邏。相較於法國既有海上巡邏機隊，新型機的航程與感測系統配置可望擴大單架次的監視範圍。

The Albatros has an estimated range of approximately 7,400 kilometers while retaining strong performance at both high and low speeds, allowing it to conduct extended patrols across large maritime areas. Compared with France’s existing maritime patrol aircraft, its greater range and advanced sensor suite are expected to significantly expand the surveillance coverage achievable during each sortie.

一機多任務　涵蓋監視、搜救與醫療後送

Multi-Mission Capability Spanning Surveillance, Search and Rescue, and Medevac

除了海上監視與干預任務外，「信天翁」也具備執行搜救、運輸及醫療後送等多元任務的能力，使其不僅能作為法國海軍的海上情監偵平台，也可在突發事件與自然災害期間快速轉換任務角色，提升整體運用彈性。

Beyond maritime surveillance and intervention, the Albatros is also capable of performing a range of missions including search and rescue, transport and medical evacuation. This gives the aircraft value not only as a maritime intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance platform, but also as a flexible asset that can rapidly shift roles during emergencies and natural disasters.

隨著首批「信天翁」正式加入法國海軍航空部隊，AVSIMAR計畫開始逐步形成新的海上巡邏架構。未來隨著12架機隊陸續到位，以及第二階段進一步導入無人機等新型戰力，法國海軍的海域覺知與海上快速反應能力可望持續提升。

With the first Albatros aircraft now entering French naval aviation service, the AVSIMAR program is beginning to establish a new maritime patrol architecture. As the planned fleet of 12 aircraft is delivered and additional capabilities such as unmanned systems are introduced in the program’s second phase, France’s maritime awareness and rapid-response capabilities are expected to continue improving.
