法國引進「全球之眼」預警機　布局新世代空中指揮與預警體系

法國國防採購局（DGA）日前正式與瑞典Saab簽署採購合約，確認引進2架「GlobalEye」空中預警機，藉由整合先進感測與指揮管制能力，逐步重塑法軍未來的空中預警與聯合作戰指管架構。
France’s Defense Procurement Agency (DGA) has formally signed a contract with Saab to acquire two GlobalEye airborne early warning aircraft, marking a major step in reshaping the French armed forces’ future airborne surveillance and joint command-and-control architecture.

合約金額逾百億克朗　法國成第二個海外用戶

Contract Valued at Over SEK 12 Billion, France Becomes Second International Operator

根據紳寶說明，法方本次合約總值約123億瑞典克朗，內容除2架「全球之眼」機體外，亦涵蓋任務系統、操作與維修訓練，以及後勤支援等完整配套，使法國成為繼阿聯之後，第2個採用該型預警機的海外用戶。
According to Saab, the contract—valued at approximately SEK 12.3 billion—covers not only two GlobalEye aircraft but also mission systems, training, and long-term logistical support, making France the second international customer to adopt the platform after the United Arab Emirates.

依合約規劃，2架「全球之眼」預計於2029年至2032年間分批交付；同時合約亦保留額外2架的採購選擇權，讓法國可依實際操作經驗與戰略需求，彈性擴充預警機隊規模。
Under the agreement, deliveries are scheduled between 2029 and 2032. The contract also includes options for two additional aircraft, allowing France to expand its AEW fleet in line with operational experience and evolving strategic requirements.

接替老化E-3F　提升多域偵蒐縱深

法國航太軍現役的E-3F預警機隊已逐漸邁入服役後期，未來將由「全球之眼」接手核心預警任務。該型機以龐巴迪Global 6000/6500商務機為平台，兼顧長航程與高妥善率，特別適合長時間滯空執行空中指揮與監控任務。
France’s aging E-3F airborne warning fleet is approaching the latter stages of service life and will be progressively replaced by GlobalEye. Built on the Bombardier Global 6000/6500 business jet platform, the aircraft offers long endurance and high availability, making it well suited for sustained airborne command missions.

「全球之眼」核心感測器為紳寶研製的Erieye ER主動電子掃描陣列（AESA）雷達，對空搜索距離超過650公里，並可偵測約458公里外的低空目標；此外，該系統亦能同時監控地面與海上動態，甚至辨識小型水面目標，展現真正跨領域的偵蒐能力。
At the heart of GlobalEye is Saab’s Erieye ER AESA radar, offering air surveillance ranges beyond 650 kilometers and the ability to detect low-altitude targets at distances of around 458 kilometers. The system also supports simultaneous ground and maritime surveillance, including detection of small surface contacts, delivering true multi-domain awareness.

法瑞產業合作　強化本土維保與指管整合

為確保長期運作與技術自主，紳寶亦與法國Sabena technics簽署合作協議，負責將商務機平台改裝為「全球之眼」構型。此舉除有助建立法國本土的維修與支援能量，也能確保機隊服役期間維持高度妥善率。
To ensure long-term sustainability and industrial participation, Saab has partnered with France’s Sabena technics to carry out the conversion of business jet platforms into the GlobalEye configuration, strengthening domestic maintenance capability and fleet availability.

紳寶指出，未來交付法軍的「全球之眼」，不僅將發揮高效感測與預警功能，更將透過其先進的多域指揮管制系統，成為法軍聯合作戰中的關鍵空中節點，支撐空、海、陸與太空作戰行動的即時協調。
Saab emphasized that once in service, GlobalEye will not only deliver advanced surveillance and early warning, but also function as a central airborne node for multi-domain command and control, supporting real-time coordination across air, maritime, land, and space operations.
