北約盟軍空軍司令部(AIRCOM)宣布,自6月8日起展開「蘭斯坦之旗26」(Ramstein Flag 26)大型空戰演習,而北約情監偵部隊(NATO Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Force, NISRF)所屬RQ-4D「鳳凰」(Phoenix)高空長航時無人偵察機,也於5月下旬首度進駐挪威厄蘭(Ørland)空軍基地,為演習預作準備。
NATO Allied Air Command (AIRCOM) announced that the Ramstein Flag 26 air exercise will begin on June 8, while a NATO Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Force (NISRF) RQ-4D Phoenix drone deployed to Ørland Air Base in Norway for the first time in late May in preparation for the exercise.

The RQ-4D Phoenix is NATO’s customized version of the Northrop Grumman RQ-4 Global Hawk high-altitude long-endurance UAV.
