同時導入「任務匹配策略」（Mission Matching Strategy），讓新進人員自加入之初，即能參與高影響力的國防專案。
A “Mission Matching Strategy” will also be implemented to connect recruits with high-impact defense projects from day one.

雙軌職涯發展降低人才流失

Dual Career Tracks to Improve Retention

為避免人才流向民間企業，美空軍將建立技術與管理並行的雙軌職涯制度，使AI專業人員可專注於技術發展，而非被迫轉任管理職。
To reduce attrition to the private sector, the Air Force will introduce a dual-track career model, allowing AI specialists to advance as technical experts without being forced into management roles.

此外，該計畫也將整合現役、國民兵與預備役人員中尚未充分運用的AI相關技能，全面提升整體戰力。
The initiative will also leverage underutilized AI-related skills across active duty, National Guard, and Reserve personnel to strengthen overall capability.
