美國撤出德國5000駐軍　北約防線開始鬆動？

美國國防部近日證實，將從德國撤出約5000名美軍，這也是近年來歐洲安全局勢中，最受關注的軍事調整之一。外界普遍認為，這不只是單純的人員調動，更可能代表美國全球戰略重心再次轉向。 

根據外媒報導，目前美軍在德國仍部署約3.5萬名兵力，包括重要空軍基地、後勤中心與歐洲司令部系統。德國長年被視為美軍在歐洲最重要的戰略樞紐，也是北約對俄羅斯的重要嚇阻力量。 

不過，美國總統川普近期與部分歐洲盟友，在伊朗戰爭與北約防務問題上出現明顯摩擦。德國總理梅爾茨（Friedrich Merz）先前公開批評美國對伊朗戰略，引發華府不滿。隨後，美國宣布撤軍計畫，也讓外界質疑這是否帶有政治施壓意味。 

報導指出，這波撤軍可能在6至12個月內完成，部分原定部署到德國的遠程火力單位也可能取消。美方強調，這是重新調整全球兵力配置的一部分，但北約內部顯然相當擔憂。 

許多歐洲國家擔心，若美國逐步降低在歐洲的軍事存在，可能讓俄羅斯獲得更多戰略空間，也迫使歐洲必須更快建立自主防衛能力。尤其俄烏戰爭後，歐洲原本高度依賴美軍支援，如今安全架構恐怕再次出現變化。 

對台灣而言，這次事件也值得高度關注。因為美國近年明顯將軍事重心轉向印太地區，未來亞洲可能獲得更多軍力與資源配置，但同時也代表全球軍事壓力正在重新洗牌。

US to Withdraw 5,000 Troops from Germany, Raising Concerns Over NATO Security

The U.S. Department of Defense has confirmed plans to withdraw approximately 5,000 troops from Germany, marking one of the most significant military adjustments in Europe in recent years. Analysts believe the move may signal another major shift in America’s global strategic priorities. 

Germany has long served as the backbone of U.S. military operations in Europe, hosting around 35,000 American troops, major air bases, logistics hubs, and key NATO command infrastructure. 

Tensions reportedly increased after German Chancellor Friedrich Merz criticized U.S. strategy regarding the Iran conflict. Shortly afterward, Washington announced the troop reduction, leading many observers to view the decision as partially political. 

The withdrawal is expected to take place within six to twelve months, and some planned long-range U.S. deployments to Germany may also be canceled. NATO officials have expressed concerns about the lack of coordination and the possible weakening of European deterrence against Russia. 

For Taiwan and the Indo-Pacific region, the move could indicate that the United States is increasingly shifting military resources toward Asia, where competition with China continues to intensify.
