印尼首批 Rafale F4 交付完成——邁向新世代空防的關鍵里程碑

印尼空軍已接收首批3架「飆風」F4戰機，預定於明年初飛回本土投入戰備任務，後續將與KF-21「獵鷹」戰機及土耳其「KAAN」匿蹤戰機共同強化印尼的整體空防架構。
The Indonesian Air Force has received its first three Rafale F4 fighter jets, which are expected to return to Indonesia early next year for operational deployment. The new aircraft will eventually operate alongside the KF-21 “Boramae” and Turkey’s “KAAN” stealth fighters to reinforce the country’s air-defense posture.

印尼空軍副參謀長里札里哈迪中將於11月28日率團前往法國，在達梭航空梅里尼亞克廠區出席交付儀式。達梭與合作夥伴達利思、賽峰的代表皆出席，並共同見證編號T-0301、T-0302及T-0303的雙座型「飆風」進行試飛與多項檢查。
On November 28, Indonesian Air Force Vice Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. A. R. Riza took a delegation to France to attend the handover ceremony at Dassault Aviation’s Mérignac facility. Representatives from Dassault, Thales, and Safran were present to witness the test flights and inspections of the twin-seat Rafales numbered T-0301, T-0302, and T-0303.

這批新機預計於明年1月自法國飛抵印尼，正式投入戰備。里札里哈迪強調，這是印尼空軍推動戰力現代化的重要里程碑，也展現印、法兩國在國防合作上的成果。
The aircraft are scheduled to depart France and arrive in Indonesia in January, marking their official entry into operational service. Lt. Gen. Riza noted that the delivery represents a major milestone in Indonesia’s air-force modernization and highlights the successful defense cooperation between Indonesia and France.

彌補F-5退役後的戰力缺口

Filling the Capability Gap Left by the Retirement of the F-5

印尼在2022年宣布斥資81億美元採購42架「飆風」，並於2022、2023與2024年間分三批下單，包含16架雙座型與26架單座型，以補強F-5退役後造成的空防缺口。現役印尼空軍機隊則包含美製F-16A/B、俄製Su-27SKM與Su-30MK2，以及英製HAWK 200等機型。
Indonesia announced in 2022 an acquisition of 42 Rafale fighters worth US$8.1 billion, placed across three batches between 2022 and 2024, consisting of 16 twin-seat and 26 single-seat variants. The procurement aims to fill the capability gap created by the retirement of the F-5 fleet. Indonesia’s current inventory includes F-16A/Bs, Su-27SKM and Su-30MK2 fighters, as well as the British-made HAWK 200.

提升制空與戰場覺知能力

Enhancing Air-Superiority and Situational Awareness

「飆風」F4配備先進資料鏈、通信系統、數位無線電、機載雷達與光電感測器。飛行員可使用頭盔顯示器，並能掛載新一代MICA NG飛彈與AASM 1噸級精準空對地武器，具備制空攔截與精準對地打擊能力，大幅提升印尼的戰場覺知與制空效能。
The Rafale F4 variant is equipped with an advanced data-link, upgraded communications suite, digital radios, onboard radar, and electro-optical sensors. Pilots utilize modern helmet-mounted displays and can employ next-generation MICA NG missiles and one-ton-class AASM precision weapons, providing robust air-superiority and ground-attack capabilities while significantly improving situational awareness.

印尼空軍代表團此行也參觀達梭廠區，與法方討論後勤維保合作，並視察正在受訓的印尼飛官與地勤人員，了解訓練進度。值得注意的是，未來印尼將同步引進南韓KF-21與土耳其「KAAN」戰機，推動多樣化且現代化的戰機架構。
The delegation also toured the Dassault facilities, discussed future maintenance and logistics support, and inspected Indonesian pilots and technicians undergoing training. Notably, Indonesia is also set to acquire South Korea’s KF-21 and Turkey’s KAAN fighters, signaling a diversified modernization of its future combat-air fleet.
