烏克蘭總統澤倫斯基證實，烏方成功發動一場橫跨數千公里的遠距無人機打擊行動，對俄羅斯境內4座空軍基地實施奇襲，造成重創。此次行動被稱為「Spider's Web」（蜘蛛網），籌畫時間長達一年半。
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy confirmed that Ukraine had executed its longest-range drone strike since the war began, targeting four Russian airbases thousands of kilometers deep inside enemy territory. The operation, codenamed “Spider’s Web,” was in planning for over 18 months.

澤倫斯基表示，此次行動共動員117架無人機、117位操作員，成功擊毀俄軍基地內34%的戰略巡弋飛彈載具，初步估計損失金額高達70億美元。
Zelenskyy revealed that 117 UAVs and an equal number of operators were involved, resulting in the destruction of 34% of Russia’s strategic cruise missile carriers at the targeted sites—inflicting an estimated $7 billion in damages.

更具象徵意義的是，澤倫斯基指出，該行動的作戰協調中心，就設於其中一座基地附近、緊鄰俄羅斯聯邦安全局（FSB）當地辦公室。
Adding a symbolic twist, Zelenskyy stated that Ukraine’s operational “office” for the strike was located next door to a regional FSB office in Russia.

消息傳出後，引發俄國內部震盪。與俄國國防部關係密切的軍事部落客「Rybar」承認，這是一場「極為沉重的打擊」，並點名俄情報單位出現「致命漏洞」。
The strike caused tremors within Russia’s defense circles. Prominent military blogger “Rybar,” known for ties to the Russian defense establishment, labeled the attack a “devastating blow” and blamed it on “serious intelligence failures.”

此舉也正逢俄烏雙方本週將於土耳其伊斯坦堡展開新一輪談判，澤倫斯基此次高調出擊，被視為向國際與國內釋出戰略決心的強烈訊號。
The operation coincides with a new round of Ukraine-Russia negotiations in Istanbul. Analysts see the strike as a calculated show of resolve to strengthen Kyiv’s bargaining position ahead of talks.

烏克蘭反對派領袖、前總統波洛申科直言：「在談判前夕，我們找不到比這更有說服力的籌碼。」
Former President Petro Poroshenko, now an opposition leader, remarked: “There is no better argument than this ahead of the negotiations.”
