美軍測試無人機空投血漿　戰場救護再升級!

美國陸軍在5月15日於立陶宛舉行的北約「迅捷反應25」（Swift Response 2025）聯合軍演中，測試利用TRV-150無人機空投血漿的戰場運補概念，提升前線醫療救援效率。
On May 15, during the NATO “Swift Response 2025” drill in Lithuania, the U.S. Army tested a new method of battlefield resupply—air-dropping simulated blood plasma using a TRV-150 tactical drone.

這架被正式命名為「戰術再補給無人機系統」（Tactical Resupply Unmanned Aircraft System, TRUAS）的無人機，具備攜帶8級醫療物資的能力。測試於帕布拉德訓練場進行，由第173空降旅操作。
The test was conducted at Pabrade Training Area by the 173rd Airborne Brigade, using the TRUAS system to transport Class VIII medical supplies—critical items like blood and plasma—to frontline positions.

這項空投血漿的構想，受到烏克蘭軍方實戰經驗啟發，融合無人補給系統與前線戰傷救護，針對高風險或傳統後送方式無法運作的戰場環境，提供創新解方。
Inspired by Ukrainian battlefield tactics, the approach merges UAV resupply and medical evacuation to boost survival rates when traditional medevac routes are too dangerous or inaccessible.

TRV-150操作簡便，不需專業無人機訓練即可部署，能載運約68公斤物資，航程約14公里，並能搭配美軍「安卓團隊覺知套件」（ATAK）規劃空投點與飛行路徑。
The TRV-150 is user-friendly and requires minimal training. It can carry around 150 lbs (68 kg) of cargo across a 14-km range and utilizes the Android Tactical Assault Kit (ATAK) for precise navigation and drop targeting.

此系統未來將用於高強度作戰區域的軍需補給，空投不僅限於醫療品，也涵蓋彈藥、水、口糧等，進一步減輕地面運輸負擔，提高部隊機動與應變能力。
Beyond medical supplies, the drone can deliver ammunition, food, and water, minimizing logistical strain and enhancing frontline mobility in intense combat zones.

美陸軍強調，未來將進行更多測試與評估，以期擴大部署此類無人機運補模式，全面提升戰場後勤與救護能量。
The U.S. Army plans further evaluations to validate and potentially scale up this UAV-based resupply strategy, aiming to revolutionize battlefield logistics and casualty support.
