台灣無人機聯盟挺進東歐　鎖定立陶宛軍方合作、搶攻歐洲市場!

台灣無人機產業正積極邁向歐洲市場，近期由漢翔董事長胡開宏率領的「台灣卓越無人機海外商機聯盟」（TEDIBOA），赴愛沙尼亞與立陶宛展開產業交流，並拜會立陶宛國防部。
Taiwan’s drone sector is accelerating its push into Europe. A delegation led by AIDC Chairman Hu Kai-hung, representing the Taiwan Excellence Drone International Business Opportunity Alliance (TEDIBOA), has visited Estonia and Lithuania for industrial cooperation talks and official defense meetings.

此行已與多國簽署合作備忘錄，並初步與立陶宛軍方達成共識，未來將攜手生產無人機，為台灣業者打開歐洲國防與商用無人機的關鍵窗口。
The trip resulted in several signed memorandums of understanding, including an initial agreement with Lithuania’s military to co-produce drones—marking a potential gateway for Taiwanese firms into Europe’s defense and commercial UAV markets.

代表團此次出訪成員涵蓋國內多家關鍵廠商與協會，包括航太、材料、電力及投資單位，顯示台灣整合上下游資源的決心。
The delegation included major players across Taiwan’s aerospace, materials, energy, and investment sectors, demonstrating a united front to leverage Taiwan’s full industrial ecosystem.

在我國駐拉脫維亞代表李憲章見證下，聯盟與愛沙尼亞國防暨航太產業協會簽署合作備忘錄，為未來拓展雙邊軍工合作奠定基礎。
Under the witness of Taiwan’s envoy to Latvia, Lee Hsien-chang, the alliance signed an MoU with Estonia’s Defense and Aerospace Industries Association, paving the way for deeper bilateral defense collaboration.

胡開宏強調，與立陶宛建立的夥伴關係將促成「一加一大於二」的經濟綜效。而立陶宛國防暨航太單位亦表達加速合作的期待。
Hu emphasized that this partnership aims to create a synergistic effect, where combined efforts yield more than the sum of their parts. Lithuanian defense officials echoed their eagerness to move forward swiftly.

值得注意的是，此行還包含一項低調行程：拜會立陶宛國防部並參訪Pabradė軍事基地，現場觀摩實兵無人機作戰展示。
Of note was a discreet visit to Lithuania’s Ministry of Defense and Pabradė military base, where the delegation witnessed a live demonstration of drone combat applications.

雙方雖已有合作共識，但對具體落實計畫仍在醞釀階段。未來若能確實推進，台灣無人機有望進軍歐洲核心軍需市場。
While collaboration has been agreed in principle, implementation details remain under discussion. If realized, this could signal Taiwan’s entrance into Europe’s core defense supply chain.
