為應對未來戰場的高度動態環境,美國空軍於2024年正式在紐澤西州麥奎爾聯合基地啟動一項嶄新訓練計畫,讓來自各兵科的官兵接受基礎無人機操作訓練,旨在全面提升戰場感知與任務執行能力。
In response to the evolving dynamics of future battlefields, the United States Air Force launched an innovative training program at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst in 2024. The initiative aims to equip personnel from diverse military branches with basic drone operation skills, enhancing both situational awareness and operational effectiveness.
根據美國空軍發布的資訊,首波訓練於2024年11月展開,為期兩週,選派17名來自12個單位、涵蓋15種兵科的官兵參與。課程內容涵蓋小型無人機操作基礎、戰術應用、快速決策訓練等,同時在模擬實戰環境中進行驗證演練,為後續大規模普及奠定基礎。
According to the Air Force, the first phase of the program commenced in November 2024, spanning two weeks and involving 17 service members from 12 units and 15 different specialties. The curriculum covered basic drone piloting, tactical maneuvers, and rapid decision-making, culminating in exercises simulating real-world combat conditions to validate the training’s effectiveness.
美國空軍表示,這項訓練計畫並非旨在將所有官兵培養為無人機專業操作手,而是透過基礎訓練,讓每一位官兵熟悉無人機的基本性能與應用方式,以強化後勤支援、情報監偵及戰場即時反應能力。
The Air Force clarified that the objective is not to turn every airman into a professional drone pilot. Instead, it seeks to ensure that all personnel understand the basic capabilities and applications of drones, thereby strengthening logistics support, intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance (ISR), and battlefield responsiveness.
擔任小型無人機訓練計畫主管的梅森士官長(Master Sergeant Mason)指出:「無人機操作訓練的重要性,就像每位官兵雖不需成為M4步槍的專業射手,但至少要能熟練基本操作一樣,這是現代戰場的必備技能。」
Master Sergeant Mason, who oversees the small drone training program, explained, "Drone proficiency is now as essential as basic rifle handling; while not everyone needs to be an expert marksman with the M4 carbine, all must be capable of its operation. The same principle applies to unmanned aerial systems in today's battlespace."
此訓練計畫亦積極導入創新技術,例如結合3D列印,為無人機加裝輕量化酬載投放系統。先前的模擬演練中,經由此系統,無人機成功將物資精確投放至距離目標僅1.5公尺的範圍內,展現精準支援的潛力。
Innovation plays a pivotal role in this initiative. Utilizing 3D printing technologies, the Air Force equipped drones with lightweight payload deployment systems. During prior simulation exercises, drones successfully delivered payloads within 1.5 meters of designated targets, showcasing the system’s potential for precision support missions.
美國空軍進一步表示,該無人機訓練計畫未來將擴大實施至更多基地,並持續豐富課程內容,最終目標是推廣至跨軍種演訓,全面提升美軍在聯合作戰中的即時感知與應變能力。
The Air Force announced plans to expand the drone training program across additional bases, enriching its curriculum and integrating the program into joint military exercises. This approach aims to enhance the U.S. military’s overall situational awareness and adaptability in multi-domain operations.
