無人機產業再升級！嘉義打造無人機一條龍聚落，亞創中心二館啟動規劃!

嘉義縣政府積極推動無人機產業發展， 繼亞洲無人機AI創新應用研發中心（亞創中心）成功吸引45家廠商進駐後，場地已不敷使用，縣府已向行政院提議，將臨近、已停辦的大同技術學院太保校區轉型為亞創中心二館，計畫已獲行政院支持。​

Chiayi County Government is actively promoting the development of the drone industry. Following the successful establishment of the Asia Drone AI Innovation Application R&D Center (Asia Innovation Center), which has attracted 45 companies, the existing facilities are no longer sufficient. The county government has proposed to the Executive Yuan to transform the nearby, closed Tatung Institute of Technology Taibao campus into the second phase of the Asia Innovation Center, and the plan has received support from the Executive Yuan.​

嘉義縣長翁章梁指出， 發展無人機產業是為了解決嘉義縣產業單一、就業機會不足等問題，並吸引青壯年返鄉就業。 縣府盤點產業優勢，引入中央與企業資源，將原本閒置的國立台灣體育運動大學嘉義分校轉型為亞創中心，並於2022年8月13日由前總統蔡英文揭牌啟用，無人機國家隊正式成軍。​

Chiayi County Magistrate Weng Chang-liang stated that the development of the drone industry aims to address issues such as the county's single-industry structure and lack of employment opportunities, and to attract young people to return home for work. The county government has identified industrial advantages and introduced central and corporate resources to transform the previously idle National Taiwan University of Sport Chiayi campus into the Asia Innovation Center, which was officially inaugurated by former President Tsai Ing-wen on August 13, 2022, marking the formation of the national drone team.​

此外， 縣府也規劃在民雄航太園區西側設立無人機及零組件生產基地，結合東側園區中科院量能發展軍民通用技術，打造完整的無人機產業聚落。 該計畫已獲行政院核定投資68.59億元，預計2028年完工。​

In addition, the county government plans to establish a drone and component production base on the west side of the Minxiong Aerospace Park, integrating the National Chung-Shan Institute of Science and Technology's capabilities on the east side to develop dual-use technologies, creating a comprehensive drone industry cluster. The project has been approved by the Executive Yuan with an investment of NT$6.859 billion and is expected to be completed by 2028.​

嘉義縣政府經濟發展處長李雅萍表示， 亞創中心一館已無法滿足產業需求，縣府已向行政院提議，將臨近、已停辦的大同技術學院太保校區轉型為亞創中心二館，期望能形塑測試、驗證、研發等一條龍的產業聚落，強化技術落地，並加速推動無人機產業發展。​

Li Ya-ping, Director of the Economic Development Department of Chiayi County Government, stated that the first phase of the Asia Innovation Center can no longer meet industry demands. The county government has proposed to the Executive Yuan to transform the nearby, closed Tatung Institute of Technology Taibao campus into the second phase of the Asia Innovation Center, aiming to create a comprehensive industry cluster encompassing testing, verification, and R&D, strengthening technology implementation, and accelerating the development of the drone industry.​

中央政府方面， 目前由行政院副院長鄭麗君統籌無人載具政策，並將原本的無人機專案會議擴大為無人載具專案會議，涵蓋水上、水下等各類無人載具，提升政策格局。​

On the central government side, Executive Yuan Deputy Premier Cheng Li-chun is currently coordinating unmanned vehicle policies, expanding the original drone project meetings into unmanned vehicle project meetings, covering various types of unmanned vehicles, including surface and underwater, to enhance policy scope.​

嘉義縣政府表示， 希望亞創中心一、二館由中央統籌整體規劃，地方政府將全力配合，協助推動無人機產業發展，打造嘉義成為無人機產業重鎮。​

The Chiayi County Government stated that it hopes the first and second phases of the Asia Innovation Center will be centrally planned by the central government, with the local government fully cooperating to promote the development of the drone industry, aiming to make Chiayi a major hub for the drone industry.
