南韓海軍近日與韓華系統(Hanwha Systems)合作舉行「海軍海洋幽靈」(Navy Sea GHOST)實戰演習,運用商用人工智慧(AI)與多型無人載具執行水雷反制(MCM)任務,驗證相關系統在實際作戰環境下的協同效能。軍聞網站《Naval News》指出,此次演練也成為南韓軍方持續建構「有人/無人組合」(MUM-T)協作能力的重要里程碑。
The South Korean Navy recently conducted the “Navy Sea GHOST” operational exercise in cooperation with Hanwha Systems, employing commercial artificial intelligence (AI) and multiple unmanned platforms for mine countermeasure (MCM) operations. The exercise demonstrated the ability of these systems to operate cooperatively in an operational environment. Naval News described the event as an important milestone in South Korea’s efforts to develop manned-unmanned teaming (MUM-T) capabilities.

南韓海軍與韓華系統3日在釜山海軍基地舉行「海軍海洋幽靈」演練,出動「甕津號」獵雷艦(MSH-572)、1架偵察無人機、2艘無人艇,以及1艘用於水雷偵測的自主水下載具(AUV),透過有人與無人平台協同運作,執行水雷搜尋、辨識與反制任務。
The South Korean Navy and Hanwha Systems conducted the Navy Sea GHOST exercise at a naval base in Busan on the 3rd. The exercise deployed the MSH-572 Ongjin-class minehunter, one reconnaissance unmanned aerial vehicle, two unmanned surface vessels, and an autonomous underwater vehicle (AUV) designed for mine detection. The platforms worked together to conduct mine-search, identification, and countermeasure missions.

演練期間,南韓海軍運用人工智慧協助自動任務規劃,整合不同領域無人系統,並進行即時水雷偵測、影像處理與分析,最後支援水雷排除作業。透過AI快速處理大量感測資料,不僅可降低人員進入高危險水域執行任務的風險,也能縮短資訊分析與判斷時間,加速指揮官的決策流程。
During the exercise, the South Korean Navy used AI to support automated mission planning, integrate unmanned systems across multiple domains, and conduct real-time mine detection, image processing, and analysis before supporting mine clearance operations. By rapidly processing large volumes of sensor data, AI can reduce the risks faced by personnel operating in hazardous waters while shortening the time required for information analysis and accelerating commanders’ decision-making.

南韓海軍表示,將持續透過「海軍海洋幽靈」等相關演訓與計畫,打造高度網路化的新型海上作戰體系,使有人艦艇與無人水面載具(USV)、無人水下載具(UUV)、無人飛行載具(UAV)及自主水下載具(AUV)能夠協同運作,進一步提升海上作戰效率與任務彈性。
The South Korean Navy said it will continue exercises and programs such as Navy Sea GHOST to develop a highly networked maritime warfare architecture. The concept is designed to enable manned vessels to operate alongside unmanned surface vessels (USVs), unmanned underwater vehicles (UUVs), unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), and autonomous underwater vehicles (AUVs), enhancing operational efficiency and mission flexibility at sea.
南韓海軍強調,人工智慧與無人系統的快速發展,已成為未來海上作戰的重要趨勢。透過導入成熟的商用技術,南韓軍方希望加速取得先進無人作戰能力,並逐步建立由AI輔助決策、多型無人載具協同以及有人平台指揮的新型作戰模式。
The South Korean Navy emphasized that the rapid development of AI and unmanned systems has become a major trend in future maritime warfare. By incorporating mature commercial technologies, South Korea aims to accelerate the development of advanced unmanned operational capabilities and gradually establish a new warfare model combining AI-assisted decision-making, coordinated unmanned platforms, and command from manned assets.
