加拿大宣布向挪威康斯堡防務與航太公司（Kongsberg Defence & Aerospace）採購聯合打擊飛彈（Joint Strike Missile，JSM），合約金額約8億加元（約5.64億美元），作為未來F-35A戰機機隊的主要空對地精準打擊武器，進一步提升長程對陸、對海作戰能力。

Canada has awarded Kongsberg Defence & Aerospace an approximately 800-million Canadian dollar ($564 million) contract to procure Joint Strike Missiles (JSMs) for its future fleet of F-35 fighter jets.

北約峰會正式宣布　加拿大成第六個JSM用戶

康斯堡於6月30日率先公布合約消息，加拿大總理卡尼（Mark Carney）則於土耳其安卡拉舉行的2026年北約峰會正式宣布這項採購案。除JSM外，加拿大亦同步公布北極軍事衛星通信建設及輕型通用車輛採購等多項國防投資。

Kongsberg first announced the contract on June 30, with Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney formally unveiling the acquisition during the 2026 NATO Summit in Ankara, Turkey.

The JSM procurement was one of several defense initiatives announced by Carney at the summit, alongside plans for Arctic military satellite communications and a new procurement strategy for Light Utility Vehicles.

配合88架F-35A建軍　2034年形成完整戰力

加拿大於2023年簽署總值190億加元（約130億美元）合約，採購88架F-35A戰機，預計自2026年開始交機，並於2034年達成完整作戰能力（FOC）。

此次採購JSM，使加拿大成為全球第六個採用該型飛彈的國家，其他用戶包括挪威、日本、澳洲、美國及德國。

The deal makes Canada the sixth customer for the air-to-ground cruise missile, which is already in service with or on order for Norway, Japan, Australia, the US, and Germany.

Canada signed a 19-billion Canadian dollar ($13 billion) contract in 2023 to acquire 88 F-35A fighter jets, with deliveries beginning in 2026 and the fleet expected to achieve full operational capability by 2034.

JSM可內置F-35彈艙　兼顧匿蹤與遠程打擊

JSM由康斯堡防務與航太研發，以海軍打擊飛彈（Naval Strike Missile，NSM）為基礎改良，專為F-35等第五代戰機設計，可完全容納於F-35內置彈艙，在維持匿蹤性能下執行對陸及對海精準打擊任務。

飛彈全長約4公尺、重416公斤，配備118公斤彈頭，射程可達350公里，採高亞音速飛行。其導引系統整合慣性導航（INS）、地形比對導航、紅外線成像尋標器及雙向資料鏈，即使在GPS受干擾環境下仍具備高精度打擊能力。

Developed by Kongsberg Defence & Aerospace, the JSM is a long-range, precision-guided cruise missile designed for air-launched strikes against land and maritime targets.

Based on the company’s Naval Strike Missile, it was adapted for integration with modern fighter aircraft, particularly the F-35 Lightning II.

The 13-foot (4-meter) missile is specifically engineered to fit inside the F-35’s internal weapons bay, preserving the aircraft’s low-observable (stealth) characteristics.

Weighing approximately 917 pounds (416 kilograms) and carrying a 260-pound (118-kilogram) warhead, the JSM has a range of up to 217 miles (350 kilometers) and flies at high subsonic speeds.

It combines an inertial navigation system, terrain-reference navigation, an imaging infrared seeker, and a two-way data link, enabling it to operate effectively in GPS-denied environments.

康斯堡執行長艾瑞克．李伊（Eirik Lie）表示，歡迎加拿大成為第六個採用JSM的國家，該飛彈將大幅提升加拿大F-35機隊的作戰半徑與打擊效能；除提供先進防衛技術外，公司也將持續協助加拿大推動國防產業發展。
