“Find and Strike” Concept Enhances Battlefield Awareness and Rapid Engagement

British Army日前於「Exercise Senne Hussar」演習中,首度測試無人機與裝甲車輛整合運用,驗證主戰車與無人機協同作戰能力,為未來戰場戰術發展奠定基礎。

The British Army recently conducted its first integration test of drones with armored vehicles during Exercise Senne Hussar, validating coordinated operations between main battle tanks and unmanned systems for future battlefield tactics.

Drones Enhance Situational Awareness and Target Acquisition

此次演習於德國塞納拉格舉行,由Queen's Royal Hussars動員約350名官兵,並出動多輛Challenger 2主戰車及各型裝甲與地面載具,透過無人機提供即時戰場情報,大幅提升部隊戰場覺知能力。

The exercise took place in Sennelager, Germany, involving around 350 personnel from the Queen's Royal Hussars, along with Challenger 2 tanks and various armored vehicles. Drones provided real-time battlefield intelligence, significantly improving situational awareness.


藉由快速掌握目標資訊,部隊可即時發起先制打擊,有效縮短反應時間並提升整體作戰效率。

With rapid access to target data, units were able to launch preemptive strikes, reducing response time and increasing overall combat effectiveness.


「搜尋與打擊」中隊登場 整合偵打一體能力

“Find and Strike” Squadron Integrates ISR and Strike Functions

英軍在演習中首度部署新編成的「搜尋與打擊」中隊,能直接從裝甲車輛釋放偵察與攻擊型無人機,使車組與車隊即時共享廣域情資,並同步對遠距目標發起打擊。

During the exercise, the British Army deployed its newly formed “Find and Strike” squadron, capable of launching reconnaissance and attack drones directly from armored vehicles. This enables real-time intelligence sharing and immediate engagement of distant targets.


此一模式展現無人機與裝甲部隊高度整合的作戰潛力,形成「偵察—識別—打擊」一體化流程。

This approach demonstrates a highly integrated operational model, combining reconnaissance, identification, and strike into a unified kill chain.


裝甲部隊轉型 加速未來戰力生成

Armored Units Transitioning for Future Warfare

Graham少校表示,其原先指揮的「挑戰者2」戰車中隊,正逐步轉型為英軍首支「搜尋與打擊」中隊,並透過演習驗證無人機協同作戰能力。

Major Graham noted that his Challenger 2 squadron is transitioning into the British Army’s first “Find and Strike” unit, using the exercise to validate drone integration capabilities.


他強調,相關成果將用於制定戰術與教範,並推動類似單位擴編,加速戰力生成,以因應未來高強度戰場與無人化威脅。

He emphasized that the results will inform doctrine development and unit expansion, accelerating capability generation to address future high-intensity and drone-centric threats.
