漢翔榮獲運動部首屆「運動企業認證」 以健康職場推動永續發展新典範

國內航太龍頭漢翔公司再次展現企業永續精神。其岡山廠區榮獲運動部「114年運動企業認證」,這不僅是漢翔第五度獲獎,更是體育署升格為「運動部」後的首屆認證,象徵政府推動企業健康與永續職場的全新里程碑。

 

頒獎典禮於10月27日舉行,由政務次長黃啟煌主持,總統府副秘書長何志偉親自頒獎。漢翔公司由岡山廠一級主管林月惠代表受獎。

 

岡山廠作為亞洲航空發動機零組件製造重鎮,雖產線繁忙,但管理層持續推動「身心靈兼顧」的健康文化。過去一年,漢翔辦理的活動橫跨舞蹈、瑜伽、肌力訓練、健康講座與公益家庭日,積極打造活力職場。

 

「運動企業認證」制度結合了CSR(企業社會責任)與ESG(環境、社會、公司治理)精神,評選重點包括企業治理架構、高層倡議及內部推動成效。獲得認證代表企業在營造友善職場與促進永續發展方面具體成果。

 

漢翔總經理曹進平指出,公司以「預防疾病、促進健康」為核心政策,積極鼓勵員工參與各式健促社團,目前運動類社團已達十八個,各廠區更設有游泳池、網球場、羽球場、韻律教室等完善設施。

 

岡山廠處長王芳華補充,發動機產線工作強度高,公司特別重視員工身心保養與慢性病預防,希望每位同仁都能「健康、安全、快樂」地投入工作與生活。

Hanxiang Wins Inaugural “Sports Enterprise Certification” from Taiwan’s Ministry of Sports

Hanxiang (AIDC) has been awarded the inaugural Sports Enterprise Certification by Taiwan’s newly upgraded Ministry of Sports. This marks the company’s fifth recognition overall, underscoring its long-term commitment to employee well-being and sustainable workplace development.

 

At the award ceremony in Taipei, hosted by Deputy Minister Huang Chih-huang and presented by Presidential Office Deputy Secretary-General Ho Chih-wei, Hanxiang’s Kaohsiung (Gangshan) plant was recognized for its excellence in promoting corporate fitness and health initiatives.

 

Despite the demanding pace of engine component production, Hanxiang has continued to foster a balanced “body, mind, and spirit” workplace culture. Over the past year, activities have included dance, yoga, strength training, health seminars, and family charity days.

 

The certification aligns with Taiwan’s growing emphasis on ESG and CSR. Evaluation criteria include governance, management mechanisms, and tangible outcomes of internal health initiatives. Certified companies are recognized for creating friendly workplaces and advancing sustainability goals.

 

General Manager Tsao Chin-ping emphasized that Hanxiang’s core policy of “preventing illness and promoting health” is central to its corporate philosophy. With 18 sports clubs and facilities such as swimming pools, tennis courts, and aerobics studios across sites, the company is committed to promoting physical and mental wellness for all employees.

 

Plant Director Wang Fang-hua noted that engine manufacturing is physically demanding work, making employee health a top priority. “We want every colleague to stay healthy, safe, and balanced between work and life,” she said.
