台灣即將啟動史上最大規模軍用商規無人機採購案。國防部軍備局最新招標顯示，未來三年將採購48,750架、五大類型無人機，總預算高達新台幣500億元，幾乎等同半部潛艦國造的經費規模。

Taiwan’s Ministry of National Defense is set to procure 48,750 drones across five categories over the next three years, in a NT$50 billion (US$1.55 billion) program — nearly half the budget of Taiwan’s indigenous submarine project.

Leading UAV manufacturer Thunder Tiger has leveraged its precision strike drones and AI flight control systems, alongside partnerships with TSMC for industrial surveillance drones, to post record profits.

中光電則在第一波3,037架無人機標案中，已完成六成交付，並積極拓展美國警消市場。世紀民生則宣布多款軍規無人機全面量產，並已出口至波蘭與立陶宛，產品涵蓋穿越型偵察、長航時巡邏與中大型VTOL機型。

Other players like Ability Opto-Electronics and Geosat Aerospace have ramped up production, targeting both domestic tenders and export markets.

🚨 訓練與維修體系成隱憂

Training and Maintenance Lag Behind Fleet Expansion

審計部報告警告，儘管國軍現有超過3,000架無人機，但操作手與維修能量不足恐成產業擴張的「隱形炸彈」。以陸軍六軍團為例，13名受訓學員僅1人換照成功，夜航資格取得率偏低。

The National Audit Office warns that while the drone fleet is growing rapidly, training and maintenance capacity is not keeping pace.

陸軍無人機訓練中心去年成立，原規劃年訓量300人，但隨著新機交付潮，需求暴增至上千人。軍方預計今年訓練人數增至1,160人，並在115年完成5座訓練與考照場。

The Army plans to quadruple training capacity and build five certification sites by 2026 to address the shortfall.
