在雲林西螺曾有一條盛極一時的醬油街，裡面頗負盛名的「蔭豆醬油」是每個西螺人的「西螺記憶」。其中，丸莊醬油堅持使用古法釀造，在發展過程中結合現代化的技術進行有效改良，一代傳接一代傳承保證品質，甚至將蔭豆醬油發揚到國外。
