透過獅潭的實地走訪，不僅享受道地的客家美食，還聆聽獅潭農會的黃幹事、新店村村長分享他們的故事，文化的消逝比我們想像中的快速，甚至還比動物滅絕的速度快許多，此次採訪雖只是客家文化中的一小部分，但卻保有著滿滿的客家精神，文化的保存需要每一個人的努力
