Eve Air Mobility, a company dedicated to developing solutions for the Urban Air Mobility (UAM) market, announced that its uncrewed full-scale eVTOL prototype has successfully completed its first flight at Embraer’s test facility in Gavião Peixoto, São Paulo state, officially launching the aircraft’s flight test campaign.

The inaugural hover flight confirmed the integration of key systems, including Eve’s fifth-generation fly-by-wire controls, fixed-pitch lifter rotors and overall propulsion architecture. The company plans to progressively expand the flight envelope and transition to full wingborne flight throughout 2026.
