阿聯酋航空集團（Emirates Group）日前完成第4屆年度創新展示活動「ForsaTEK 2026」，匯聚科技、航空、商業與學術領域的專家與業界人士。此次活動安排超過90場論壇、展示及互動體驗，並展出逾60項科技計畫與解決方案，呈現新興技術如何從研究、實驗與概念驗證階段，逐步轉化為支援航空與旅運營運的實際應用。

The Emirates Group has concluded the fourth edition of its annual innovation showcase, ForsaTEK 2026, bringing together experts and leaders from the technology, aviation, business and academic sectors. The event featured more than 90 sessions and experiences, alongside over 60 technology projects and solutions, demonstrating how emerging technologies can progress from research and experimentation to practical applications supporting aviation and travel operations.

阿聯酋航空暨集團董事長兼執行長謝赫・艾哈邁德・本・賽義德・阿勒馬克圖姆（His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum）表示，ForsaTEK經過4年發展，已逐漸成為推動創新及測試新興技術的重要平台，部分概念更進一步轉化為實際解決方案，為企業營運創造價值。

His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman and Chief Executive of Emirates Airline and Group, said ForsaTEK has developed over four years into a platform for innovation and a testing ground for emerging technologies. He noted that some concepts presented through the initiative have subsequently been developed into practical solutions delivering value to the Group’s business and operations.

Exploring the Next Wave of Technology and Practical AI Applications

ForsaTEK 2026邀集科技、航空、商業及學術界人士，討論智慧系統如何推動企業發展，以及企業與人才如何將科技進步轉化為實際成果。活動開幕座談由阿聯酋人工智慧國務部長歐馬爾・蘇丹・奧拉馬（Omar Sultan Al Olama）參與，他強調阿聯酋持續預判科技變化並將新興技術導入實際應用，是維持全球競爭力的重要因素。

ForsaTEK 2026 brought together leaders and experts from technology, aviation, business and academia to examine how intelligent systems can advance businesses and how organisations and people can translate technological progress into practical outcomes. During the opening fireside chat, UAE Minister of State for Artificial Intelligence Omar Sultan Al Olama highlighted the UAE’s ability to anticipate technological shifts and turn emerging technologies into practical applications as an important factor in maintaining global competitiveness.

奧拉馬指出，人工智慧的價值最終仍應體現在對人們所帶來的實際效益，而企業若要真正取得科技進步的成果，也需要持續測試新構想，並針對技術導入做出審慎且具前瞻性的決策。

Al Olama emphasised that the value of artificial intelligence ultimately lies in the benefits it delivers to people. He also stressed that meaningful progress requires organisations to test new ideas and make carefully considered decisions about how emerging technologies should be deployed.

活動後續安排多場主題演講及高階主管座談，深入探討AI帶來的機會與挑戰。其中，杜拜旅遊暨商務行銷公司執行長Issam Kazim與阿聯酋航空副總裁兼首席商務長Adnan Kazim共同討論杜拜創新生態系，以及航空與旅遊產業如何運用科技推動成長。

The programme continued with keynote sessions and leadership discussions examining the opportunities and challenges associated with AI. Issam Kazim, CEO of Dubai Corporation for Tourism and Commerce Marketing, and Adnan Kazim, Emirates Deputy President and Chief Commercial Officer, discussed Dubai’s innovation ecosystem and how the aviation and tourism sectors are using technology to support growth.

其他講者包括OpenAI歐洲、中東及非洲區董事總經理Emmanuel Marill、Soroco創辦人兼技術長Rohan Murty，以及Havas全球首席數據暨技術長Dan Hagen，分別從AI時代領導、AI數位分身，以及如何在維持以人為核心的前提下擴大AI應用等面向，分享觀察。

Other speakers included Emmanuel Marill, Managing Director for Europe, the Middle East and Africa at OpenAI; Rohan Murty, Founder and CTO of Soroco; and Dan Hagen, Global Chief Data and Technology Officer at Havas. Their sessions examined leadership in the next era of AI, the potential of AI twins for organisations, and how companies can scale AI while maintaining a human-centric approach.

Humans and AI Share the Stage in a New Interaction Model

ForsaTEK 2026也透過現場座談展示人類與AI協同工作的可能性。MGX首席投資官Omar Al Ismail與Circle國際業務董事總經理Dr Saeeda Jaffar，與具備語音互動能力的AI代理人「Maryam 3.0」共同參與論壇，討論智慧、創新及未來工作的發展方向。

ForsaTEK 2026 also demonstrated human-AI collaboration through a live panel. Omar Al Ismail, Chief Investment Officer at MGX, and Dr Saeeda Jaffar, Managing Director International at Circle, were joined by the voice-enabled AI agent Maryam 3.0 to discuss the future of intelligence, innovation and work.

Maryam 3.0可運用多種大型語言模型，在現場即時提供觀點，進一步展示AI系統如何參與人類主導的討論與決策交流。活動第2天則安排多場專題工作坊，並邀請歷史學家暨政治哲學家Roy Casagranda，以及未來博物館執行董事Majed Al Mansoori發表演講。

Maryam 3.0 drew on multiple large language models to provide live perspectives during the discussion, demonstrating how AI systems can participate in human-led conversations and exchanges. Day two featured focused workshops, along with speeches from historian and political philosopher Roy Casagranda and Majed Al Mansoori, Executive Director of the Museum of the Future.

Masterclasses Explore AI, Quantum Computing and Logistics Automation

除主題演講外，ForsaTEK 2026也安排多場互動式大師課程。ETA分享如何將創意轉化為成功事業，並以阿聯酋創業家及創作者的實際經驗作為案例；LinkedIn則聚焦AI如何改變學習與職涯發展，協助專業人士掌握新興技能、個人化學習路徑並運用AI工具提升成長效率。

Alongside the keynote programme, ForsaTEK 2026 hosted interactive masterclasses covering a range of emerging technologies and business applications. ETA explored how creativity can be transformed into successful ventures, drawing on examples from UAE entrepreneurs and creators. LinkedIn examined how AI is reshaping learning and career development, including emerging skills, personalised learning paths and AI-powered tools.

此外，Hyundai Motor Group展示物流自動化相關能力，Zapata Quantum Computing則介紹量子運算的實際應用。主辦方表示，這些以討論與實作為核心的課程，旨在協助參與者將科技知識轉化為可實際運用的商業價值。

Hyundai Motor Group also led a hands-on discussion on logistics automation, while Zapata Quantum Computing provided a practical briefing on applications for quantum computing. The discussion-led sessions were designed to give participants practical insights that could be applied to generate business value.

啟動學術研究聯盟　強化產學合作

Academic Research Collective Strengthens Industry-Academia Collaboration

阿聯酋航空集團並在ForsaTEK 2026宣布成立「學術研究聯盟」（Academic Research Collective，ARC），建立集團與全球知名研究型大學之間的合作平台。該聯盟將串聯具備學術研究、應用創新及創業生態系優勢的大學，針對企業早期階段的營運挑戰展開前瞻性創新與應用研究。

The Emirates Group also launched the Academic Research Collective (ARC) at ForsaTEK 2026. The initiative is designed to connect the Group with a curated network of globally recognised, research-intensive universities with strengths in academic excellence, applied innovation and entrepreneurship. ARC will focus on turning early-stage business challenges into forward-looking innovation and applied research.

ARC計畫同時涵蓋實證研究與「最小可行產品」（MVP）開發，並透過知識交流及人才培育，建立更長期的產學合作關係，協助阿聯酋航空集團處理未來營運及科技發展所面臨的重要課題。

The ARC initiative will also support evidence-based studies and Minimum Viable Product (MVP) development. Through knowledge exchange, talent development and closer industry-academia partnerships, the programme aims to help the Emirates Group address major future challenges across its operations and technology landscape.

延續與OpenAI合作　推進集團AI轉型

阿聯酋航空集團也在活動中公布與OpenAI合作的下一階段。雙方的策略合作最初於2025年11月杜拜航展期間宣布，阿聯酋航空集團目前正推動更廣泛的AI轉型，讓員工能安全使用先進AI模型及對話式工具，以協助處理複雜工作並產出完整成果。

The Emirates Group also highlighted the next phase of its strategic collaboration with OpenAI, initially announced at the Dubai Airshow in November 2025. As part of its broader AI transformation, the Group is providing employees with secure access to advanced AI models and conversational tools to help streamline complex tasks and produce high-quality deliverables.

該合作計畫旨在提升員工生產力、加速創新，同時建立可擴充的AI應用基礎，讓不同部門之間能更有效進行協同工作，並逐步將AI導入集團更廣泛的營運流程。

The partnership is intended to improve productivity, accelerate innovation and establish a scalable foundation for AI-enabled collaboration across the Group. It is also designed to support the broader integration of AI into cross-functional business processes.

展示區聚焦實際應用　從AI軟體到智慧維修

Launch Zone Showcases Practical Applications from AI Software to Smart MRO

ForsaTEK 2026展示的技術涵蓋研究、早期概念及已投入使用的實際解決方案。其中，阿聯酋航空集團IT部門自行開發的「ARRIVE」框架，旨在協助團隊大規模運用代理式軟體工程，同時維持企業級治理與人工監督機制。

The ForsaTEK 2026 launch zone featured technologies ranging from research and early concepts to solutions already in operational use. One highlight was ARRIVE, an in-house framework developed by Emirates Group IT to support the large-scale use of agentic software engineering while maintaining enterprise-level governance and human accountability.

ARRIVE經過兩年受控測試後建立，能在軟體開發生命週期中記錄任務意圖、範圍、風險、證據及決策流程。截至2026年8月底，已有超過2,000名IT團隊成員透過AI Gateway完成導入，有助加速開發符合阿聯酋航空集團需求的數位產品，同時維持品質、可追溯性與控制能力。

Developed following two years of controlled experimentation, ARRIVE records intent, scope, risk, evidence and decision-making throughout the software development lifecycle. By the end of August 2026, more than 2,000 IT team members had been onboarded through the AI Gateway, supporting faster development of Emirates-owned digital products while maintaining quality, traceability and control.

阿聯酋航空服務交付團隊則展示一系列數位解決方案，涵蓋沉浸式訓練、機組員應用程式及營運平台，包括利用虛擬實境進行客艙熟悉訓練，以及安全與緊急程序訓練；此外，「One Device」生態系也為機組員提供工作期間所需資訊與支援，並整合訓練、餐飲、簡報及機組管理流程。

Emirates Service Delivery showcased digital solutions spanning immersive training, crew-facing applications and operational platforms. These included virtual reality tools for cabin familiarisation, safety and emergency procedures training, as well as the One Device ecosystem, which provides crew members with relevant information and support throughout their working day. Integrated platforms also connect training, catering, briefing and crew-management processes.

dnata Technical Services則展示「Smart Hub」自動化庫存管理系統，透過數位化連網方式提供全天候關鍵維修、修理與翻修（MRO）材料存取，提升庫存管理、生產力與營運效率。系統同時以可重複使用的大容量容器取代一次性氣霧罐，每年預計可減少約3,600個受污染氣霧罐進入廢棄物流。

dnata Technical Services presented its Smart Hub, a fully automated and digitally connected inventory management system providing 24/7 access to critical maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) materials. The system is designed to improve inventory control, productivity and operational efficiency while also supporting sustainability by replacing disposable aerosols with reusable bulk containers, potentially removing an estimated 3,600 contaminated aerosol cans from the waste stream each year.

Intelak新創團隊進駐　延伸旅遊科技創新

Intelak Start-ups Extend Innovation Across Travel and Tourism

由阿聯酋航空集團與杜拜經濟暨旅遊部（DET）共同成立的Intelak，是區域內首個聚焦旅遊與觀光產業的創業培育平台。本屆ForsaTEK展示7家Intelak新創團隊，這些新創企業後續將持續與Intelak及DET合作，推動概念驗證（PoC）計畫。

Intelak, the region’s first incubator focused specifically on travel and tourism, is a joint initiative of the Emirates Group and the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET). Seven start-ups from the current Intelak cycle were showcased at ForsaTEK 2026 and will continue working with Intelak and DET to develop proofs of concept.

相關合作也反映杜拜持續推動新創與科技產業發展的方向，並配合「D33經濟議程」，透過企業、政府及新創團隊合作，將新技術與創新構想進一步轉化為旅遊、航空及商業領域的實際應用。

The initiative reflects Dubai’s broader efforts to support entrepreneurship and technology-driven innovation under the D33 Economic Agenda. Through collaboration among industry, government and start-ups, emerging technologies and new ideas can be developed into practical applications across aviation, tourism and business.
