德國採購8架MQ-9B無人機　強化北約作業互通與海域監控

德國國防部（German Federal Ministry of Defence）宣布，已向美國通用原子航太系統公司（General Atomics Aeronautical Systems）採購8架MQ-9B「空中衛士」無人機，藉此加入多個已操作同型機的北約盟邦行列，提升在波羅的海與北海地區的海域覺知與反潛作戰能量。

Germany’s Federal Ministry of Defence announced that it has procured eight MQ-9B “SeaGuardian” unmanned aerial vehicles from U.S.-based General Atomics Aeronautical Systems. The acquisition places Germany among several NATO allies operating the same platform, enhancing maritime domain awareness and anti-submarine warfare capabilities in the Baltic and North Sea regions.

補強P-8A機隊　2028年起部署北部基地

軍聞網站（Army Recognition）報導指出，鑑於俄羅斯持續展現侵略企圖，且波羅的海海底管線與關鍵基礎設施屢傳遭破壞，德國決定在海軍現役P-8A反潛巡邏機隊之外，引進MQ-9B無人機。相關機隊預計自2028年起陸續接裝，並部署於西北部諾德霍爾茨基地（Nordholz Air Base），透過高低搭配模式，擴大廣域海上巡邏與監控範圍。

According to Army Recognition, amid continued Russian aggression and repeated incidents targeting undersea pipelines and critical infrastructure in the Baltic Sea, Germany has opted to supplement its existing P-8A maritime patrol aircraft fleet with MQ-9B drones. Deliveries are expected to begin in 2028, with the aircraft to be stationed at Nordholz Air Base in northwestern Germany, extending maritime patrol coverage through a high-low force mix.

續航逾40小時　模組化酬載提升任務彈性

MQ-9B系列無人機具備長時間滯空與情監偵能力，續航力超過40小時，最大航程約1萬1000公里，最高作業升限可達1萬3000公尺。該型機採模組化酬載設計，機體具備9具派龍，可依任務需求搭配不同感測器或武裝，提升任務運用彈性。

The MQ-9B series offers long endurance and robust intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance capabilities, with an endurance exceeding 40 hours, a maximum range of approximately 11,000 kilometers, and an operational ceiling of up to 13,000 meters. Featuring a modular payload architecture with nine hardpoints, the platform can be configured with various sensors or weapons to meet mission requirements.

整合聲納浮標　強化反潛協同作戰

德國海軍規劃，未來MQ-9B將配備聲納浮標投放莢艙與光電感測器（EO），在發現可疑水下活動後，可長時間滯留空域並投放聲納浮標，蒐集即時資訊回傳地面控制站，進一步引導並配合友軍艦艇與反潛航空兵力攻擊水下目標，提升整體反潛協同作戰效能。

The German Navy plans to equip the MQ-9B with sonobuoy dispenser pods and electro-optical sensors. Upon detecting potential underwater activity, the drone can loiter over the area, deploy sonobuoys, transmit real-time data to ground control stations, and cue friendly surface vessels and maritime patrol aircraft to engage submarine targets, improving coordinated anti-submarine operations.

同型機隊擴大　提升北約整體互通性

報導指出，隨著英國、丹麥等多個北約盟國已採購MQ-9B無人機，德國海軍未來可透過同型機隊共同執勤，強化資訊共享效率、後勤維保彈性與作業互通性，進一步嚴密監控波羅的海與北海區域動態，因應潛在安全威脅。

The report noted that with several NATO allies, including the United Kingdom and Denmark, already operating the MQ-9B, the German Navy will be able to conduct combined operations with common platforms. This will enhance information sharing, logistics support, and interoperability, enabling closer monitoring of developments in the Baltic and North Sea regions and mitigating potential security threats.
