卓榮泰視察無人機研發中心　宣示打造國家隊拚400億產值目標

行政院長卓榮泰5月17日親赴嘉義參訪「亞洲無人機AI創新應用研發中心」，強調無人機產業是臺灣未來戰略核心之一，期許在2030年達成400億元產值，並打造具國安戰略價值的無人機「國家隊」。
Premier Cho Jung-tai visited the Asian UAV AI Innovation Center in Chiayi on May 17, underscoring the importance of drones as a strategic industry and announcing a national goal of NT$40 billion in UAV output by 2030.

卓院長指出，臺灣發展無人機必須完成三項關鍵任務：提升核心技術自製率、整合軍用與商規無人機關鍵技術與反制系統，以及形成完整的無人機產業聚落。
He highlighted three strategic pillars: enhancing domestic drone technology self-sufficiency, integrating military-grade and commercial UAV platforms with counter-drone systems, and building a robust industry cluster.

卓院長進一步說明，「非紅供應鏈」建構對國家安全至關重要，提升自製率才能真正擺脫對紅色供應鏈的依賴。未來飛測場域將由國防部主責評估選址，並與研發中心及生產基地形成完整聚落。
Establishing a “non-red” supply chain is essential for national security, said Cho. The Ministry of National Defense will oversee test flight zones, which will be integrated with R&D centers and production hubs to form a UAV cluster.

目前，亞創中心一館已有超過50家業者進駐，卓院長也指示經濟部加速推動亞創二館的籌建，並協調土地產權等相關事宜，以擴大全國產業發展量能。
With over 50 firms already housed in the first UAV hub, Cho called on the Ministry of Economic Affairs to fast-track plans for a second facility and address land ownership issues to scale national industry capacity.

他強調，從農業、環保、醫療、救災到國防應用，無人機正跨足多元領域，未來發展將從製造導向，走向應用驅動，成為高科技實踐的關鍵工具。
From agriculture to defense, drones are revolutionizing multiple sectors. Cho emphasized Taiwan must shift from manufacturing to application-driven innovation to lead in global UAV integration.

會中，卓院長也聽取產發署與嘉義縣府簡報，並參觀靜態展示區。他表示，行政團隊已啟動「無人載具產業發展會議」，以跨部會形式統籌推動無人機政策與發展路徑。
Cho also received briefings from the Industrial Development Administration and Chiayi County Government, reaffirming that the Cabinet has launched an inter-agency council to steer national UAV policy and ecosystem development.

訪問最後，卓院長與數位發展部、經濟部、國防部等高層官員與嘉義縣長共同在亞創中心門口合影，象徵中央地方攜手合作、全面啟動臺灣無人機產業戰略藍圖。
The visit concluded with a group photo featuring senior government officials and Chiayi County leaders—symbolizing united efforts between central and local authorities to advance Taiwan’s drone ambitions.
