「無人機科技護台灣：中央警察大學攜手多方強化執法與救災能力」

Central Police University (CPU) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Coast Guard Administration, New Taipei City Police Department, Taoyuan City Police Department, and Taoyuan City Fire Department to jointly promote drone technology education and research. This initiative aims to enhance the application of drones in law enforcement, disaster response, and coastal patrol, integrating academic and practical resources to train professional drone pilots and strengthen technological enforcement and disaster response capabilities.

中央警察大學校長楊源明指出，面對科技迅速發展與氣候變遷帶來的挑戰，無人機已成為提升執法與救災效率的關鍵工具。警大近年積極推動無人機教育與技術應用，並設立「無人機模擬教室」，提供虛實整合的訓練環境，不僅培養專業飛手，更致力於培養具備科技素養的執法幹部，確保治安、消防及海巡單位能持續引進高素質科技人才，提升指揮決策能力。

Yang Yuan-ming, President of CPU, emphasized that in the face of rapid technological advancements and challenges posed by climate change, drones have become a crucial tool for enhancing the efficiency of law enforcement and disaster response. In recent years, CPU has actively promoted drone education and technology applications, establishing a “Drone Simulation Classroom” that offers a virtual and physical integrated training environment. This initiative not only aims to train professional drone pilots but also focuses on cultivating technologically adept law enforcement officers to ensure the continuous enhancement of command and decision-making capabilities in public security, firefighting, and coastal patrol units.

透過此次合作，海巡署教育訓練測考中心將提升海域救難與巡防實務的合作機會；新北與桃園警察局則提供智慧執法科技應用的實務回饋；桃園消防局則強化消防救災與指揮決策能力，同時提升中央警察大學的科技教育實力。

Through this collaboration, the Coast Guard’s Training and Testing Center will enhance practical cooperation in maritime rescue and patrol operations. The New Taipei and Taoyuan Police Departments will provide feedback on the practical application of smart law enforcement technology, while the Taoyuan Fire Department will strengthen disaster response and command decision-making capabilities. Additionally, CPU’s educational capacity in drone technology will be significantly enhanced.

楊校長期望，藉由此次跨領域合作，中央警察大學能推動無人機技術於科技執法與防救災領域的多元應用，攜手各界共創更安全的生活環境。

President Yang expressed hope that this cross-sector collaboration will drive the diverse application of drone technology in smart law enforcement and disaster prevention, ultimately creating a safer living environment for all.
