雲林縣政府於東勢國小開設為期六週的網路行銷培訓課程，此計畫結合了教育部的數位機會中心，教授基本的文書處理以及通訊軟體的運用，希望培訓弱勢婦女網路行銷的能力，進而弭平偏鄉地區數位落差的現象，讓婦女在家也能夠行銷農漁特產。
